Hello - Can you tell me if this sounds SB Friendly for PHASE 2? it would be a small side of course.

They are called KA-ME Chinese Plain Noodles
Ingredients - Wheat flour and Water

For a 1/2 cup serving size

200 Calories
0 fat
0 sat fat
0 cholesterol
1 mg sodium
45 Carbs
1 g Dietry Fiber
0 Sugar
5 g protein

Thank you very much!! They kind of look like the Ramen noodles. I found them at my supermarket in the Ethnic section.

They're white, right? I think the only kind of Asian noodle that's SBD friendly is soba, which is made of buckwheat.

Hi jena, sorry, but "wheat flour" just means plain old refined white flour.
