Dessert variety question

My absolute favorite dessert is fat-free sugar-free pudding, and I've been having a serving of this every night as my dessert recently. Is this ok if it satisfies me, or to lose weight do I need to break it up and eat other desserts, like fruit, instead? Also, the calories for the pudding mix are 25, and a serving is 75 cals prepared with skim milk. Do the sweet treat calories count as 25 or 75? Thanks!

Hi there, I think it's fine to eat your favorite sf ff pudding each night.

I have a dessert question...I'm in phase 2, and I made the pistacio bark recipe from the South Beach recipe book, but instead of using bittersweet chocolate, i messed up food shopping and bought unsweetened baking chocolate instead. I patched up my mistake by adding splenda and about a teaspoon of ff half and half to the melted chocolate. This way (use unsweetened instead of bittersweet) you can save yourself the unecessary sugars and the carbs. Was the chocolate also supposed to count as a dairy or something maybe? I dont understand why he wouldnt advise us to do it this way...

Also, I am assuming that this uses up my nut serving for the day...how should this impact my snacks? Are there any other restrictions besides no nuts?

This is the first time that I am eating a dessert other than the phase 1 ricotta varieties. Im scared! Chocolate has always been one of those things that I just said "no" to, assuming it was another major no-no junk food. I cant believe we are allowed desserts such as this and chocolate dipped strawberries! In every other diet this would be so off limits!

Thanks for the advice!
