Hello everyone! I have missed checking in with you every day! I am still adjusting to my new job (this is my 6th week) and have also been looking after my mom who fell and needed more back surgery from compression fractures. It's been a busy and transitional time. I'm excited my cat Gracie has gone over a month without throwing up or having diarrhea. I took her to a holistic vet and she told me to give her digestive enzymes and acidophilis as well as vitamins in her food. It really is amazing how well that's helped her in comparrison to the months where her regular vet tried out a few antibiotics and prednisolone all to no avail. I still pray she won't die and that she'll recover from her disease. She is my little baby.
I really, really need some encouragement on the diet front. I am happy there is a recreation building at the university I work at so I can go for walks and use weights no matter what the weather. I want so bad to get back to my goal weight and to eat healthy again. I look forward to hearing how everyone here is doing and to get new ideas for menus and recipes. :-)
Thanks for listening and understanding, P.S. Tomorrow (13th) is my 4th wedding anniversary. I am taking the day off work. Yippee!!

Hey Suzy, welcome back - we've missed you!!
I am so glad to hear that everything is going so well - it sounds like you have a lot going on in your life!!
Let us know how it's going with SBD! We're here for you when you need us!
Hugs,
Thank you Karen! I think I'm going to need to start over and get lots of suggestions/support on exercise and what I can eat if I want to limit meat and eat more vegetarian most of the time. I hate not fitting into my clothes and that I've regained over 30 pounds since I reached my goal in Dec 2003. Thankfully I've kept the other 30 pounds off that I originally lost but I don't want to gain anymore. I will check back tomorrow and start planning my meals for a week so I can be prepared and not slip up by being hungry and eating what's available. Today is my anniversary so we may go out for a nice dinner but even so I am going to try not to overdo it.
Thanks so much!
Hugs,
