Not looking forward to another hot day here! It hit 120 degrees yesterday - a new record for mid July. We will often hit that at the end of August, but usually not this early in summer. Poor dh had to spend the whole day up on a boom lift out in the sun too - he got incredibly sunburnt. Supposed to be about the same for the rest of the week/weekend. The kids having swimming lessons this morning so we will have to go out in the heat at least once today. Its making it hard to get my exercise in too. After sitting out in the sun for 45 min I feel so ill its impossible to do exercise when I get home :-( Yesterday I was pretty dizzy, shakey by the time we got back even though I drank 3 bottles of water! I'm bringing even more water today, we'll see if that helps.
Today:
breakfast - cereal w/milk and banana
snack - sunflower seeds at pool
lunch - turkey sandwhich on flatbread, salad
snack - yogurt, SBD cereal bar at dd's dancing
dinner - Mediterranean Fish, carrots, beans
desert - fudgsicle



Wow! I complain when it gets above 90. Guess I better think again! I'll think cool thoughts for you today.
I think I'll take the boys for a walk before it gets too hot today and then exercise this afternoon for 30 minutes.
Today:
Breakfast - SBD cereal bar and tea
Snack - Tomato with a little dressing and slice of cheese
Lunch - Leftover Cajun Chicken Salad (maybe I'll try wrapping it in a WW tortilla?)
Snack - Apple with Peanut Butter
Dinner - SB Chicken Fingers with Salsa, Brocolli with LF Cheese Sauce and Rice
Dessert - A piece of Dark Chocolate
120 degrees? Whoooh. It's 98ish here and so miserable to be outside at all. I can't imagine 120 degrees!
Here's what I have planned today...
B: Kashi waffle with SF syrup, cottage cheese and blueberries, coffee with Cappucino soy milk
S: Apple with pb
L: 1/2 whole-grain flat out bread with turkey, LF cheese, roma tomato, lettuce and Carb Options ranch dressing, mango slices
S: Red bell pepper with hummus, V-8, yogurt
D: Not sure... going out with friends tonight to a micro-brewery. I am planning on having some sort of microbrewed beer though. For dinner, I'll keep it SB-friendly-- probably a huge salad.
No exercise today.

Wow it's going to be a hot day for the most of us. It's in the mid 90's for me. Look at the bright side, we're losing weight just sweating in this heat.lol j/k

Breakfest: Kashi waffle with nf syrup and 2 c soymilk
Snack: 1 cheese string with 1 piece lf canadien bacon
lunch: greek salad
snack: fresh edamame
dinner: salmon patties (using Michael Anns recipe)
and roasted asparagus
dessert: fudgesicle

120?? Whew that is hot! I got kudos from my OB/GYN yesterday for losing so much weight.
B: 2 eggs scrambled w/salsa, 1 piece toast
S: 1/2 apple w/PB
L: Chicken Salad Sandwich w/veggies
S: Undecided
D: Chicken Adobo w/ Couscous salad
It's just too darn hot everywhere! It's been in the mid 90's all week. Too hot to go for
a walk at lunch and too hot in the house to do any type of exercise there. I do have A/C but the afternoon sun is too much for my unit to handle :( Here is my menu for today:
B-kashi w/almonds, milk & coffee
S-cherries & cheese stick
L-taco salad (lettuce, taco meat, tomatoes, avocado, salsa, beans)
S-peach & maybe a few more almonds
D-WW spaghetti with meat sauce & green salad
S-probably chocolate ff/sf pudding

Hi Gals:) Sorry for being MIA for a couple of days. Its hot here but not as hot as MichaelAnn has. WOW!! I can't stand the heat.Well I W-I again and its up the same pound that I lose & gain over & over again. So My new plan is to start eatting dinner and noon for 3 X's a week and adding extra calories,thinking I might be in the starvation mode. My calorie intake was 1050 and I'm now upping it up to 1400 per day.(In WW Points to was 20 and now its 28)
My meal today:
B=Garden Omelet1c 1% milk
S=Spreadable Fruit on Wasa Cracker
D=Ground Turkey WW Elbows Casserole with cold veggie salad with dress.
S=1c yogurt
Supper=Veggie Chik patty on 1 sl of WW bread with cottage cheese,tomaot & lettuce plate
Dessert=apple slices with cinn & splenda on top

It's cooler today here -- 75-80 with the rain from Dennis, but stinkin' HUMID! I don't know what's worse, 90s and hot, or 75 and humid, I feel all sweaty and sticky if I just step outside. Yuk.

L - Wendy's Mediterranean Chicken Salad, York Peppermint Patty

Exercise - got my lifting class tonight.

It's 85 here and I thought that was hot! Oldest DD 16, is out swimming at her friends. She teaches swimming lessons in the morning (works at a store on weekends). DD 14 just left for work Bus girl/hostess at local restaurant)and DS 11 is at a friends. I just finished an 11 page paper for a class I'm taking and now I'm getting ready to go out to the flower beds and do some much needed weeding.
Menu so far today:
B- cereal, with milk, and turkey stick.
S - almonds and cherries
L- salad and chicken breast
S - fudgsicle
D- don't know yet. - chicken?, beans?
S - slice of cheese and tomato.
