I have a box of tablouli at home and I was considering giving away to a food bank. Tabouli is made from bulgar wheat, which I thought was approved for Phase II, although I cannot find any information on it. There isn't a lot of fiber in it though, so I'm thinking maybe I was confused.
Anyhow, just checking in to see whether I should make it up or toss it!
