TGIF Friday Phase 2 Check-In!!

Happy Friday! This week went by sooo slow...glad its almost the weekend. It was nearly as hot yesterday (only about 112) so that was nice! But it was really humid - yuck! This morning I'm taking the kids to the pool - but nothing else going on. Nothing really planned for the weekend either.
What is everyone doing this weekend?
Today:
breakfast - cereal w/soy milk
snack - sunflower seeds at the pool
lunch - tuna lettuce wraps, roasted veggies
snack - melon and yogurt
dinner - falafel on ww pita, slow cooked green beans
desert - yogurt w/berries



OMG MichaelAnn! 137! I am keeping an eye on your ticker because you are so close to your goal. That is truly awesome. I am happy for you- it keeps me inspired through my struggles. It's my TOM and I am up 1 pound. It's a bad one - I am really weepy and foggy in the head. Any how, we are going to the drag races tomorrow. It our 2 year anniversary (my boyfriend & I - not married just live together). That is what we did on our first date (drag races) so this will be our 3rd one. I had never been prior to our first date, but they are fun - very loud! Here's my menu for today:
B-waffle, coffee & milk
S-canteloupe & cheese stick
L-chef salad
S-peach & almonds
D-pizza & green salad
S-pudding

Wow MichaelAnn your getting so close to your goal weightloss. This is truly very inspiring. This weekend I plan on running some errands and doing housework. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
BREAKFAST: 2 turkey bacons, 2 c nf soymilk
SNACK: 1 string cheese w/ canadien bacon
LUNCH: big green salad with nf ranch dressing
SNACK: edamame
DINNER: ????
SWEET TREAT: chocolate fudgsicle
work out 1 hour and drink lots of water throughout the day
