I have only been doing the SBD WOE for about 6 weeks, and feel as though I have been sticking to it to the letter! So, I need your input. I had initially lost 15 pounds when I did Stage 1, which I stayed on almost until the 3 week mark. I just weighed myself and I didn't even lose one ounce in three weeks. I know that I should be happy that the scale didn't go up! Is that strange, or is it just obvious that I am doing something wrong? The first week in stage 2 I just added a whole grain carb with breakfast, the second week I added a fruit as a snack in the afternoon, and I didn't add anything this week. Here is a sample menu from a typical day....
Water, water, water -- all day -- so I won't put it with every meal because I always have a bottle with me.
Breakfast -
Coffee - black (usually decaf)
1/2 Thomas's Light Whole Grain english muffin with no butter. (I usually melt the cheese on it).
1 hard boiled or scrambled egg
1 Slice of RF cheddar cheese (Cabot) or about an ounce of RF shredded sargento.
Snack -
Atkins /low carb yogurt smoothie
Lunch
Usually some type of a salad with some chicken or turkey and homemade balsamic vinegarette (olive oil, a touch of garlick and balsamic vinegar)
Snack -
Fruit (this week has been either strawberries or nectarines)
Dinner - varies, but here is a sample menu
Glass of red wine -- a couple of very stressful nights, ok, I had 2!
Grilled 5 spice salmon with lemon
Wilted spinach greens
Using a very small amount of olive oil.
Sweet Treat - Either a fudgsicle or a serving of FF/SF instant chocolate pudding made with FF milk and a dollop of Cool Whip Free.
Ok...there it was. I know that red wine is perfectly acceptable on SBD -- but do you think that its messing me up??? Its the only thing that I can think of. I was also having the occasional black iced coffee -- decaf if I could get it. I believe I added wine into the mix about a week and a half ago. I haven't had it every night, but I have definitely had wine a few nights a week.
Your thoughts???? Should I go back on Phase 1 to get a jump start again?

Hi Prauly-
I am not a CL here, but I believe it is not unusual to have a stall when transitioning to P2. I actually gained 3 pounds when I moved onto P2 (and did eventually loose them). So hang in there with this WOE. Maybe one of the CL's can critique your menu, I don't think the Atkins smoothie is on the approved list though. I am sure the scales will start to move downward again if you stick with it.
BTW - 15 pounds lost is an awesome beginning!
Andrea
Thanks, I know that I had a good start. I was just suprised when I didn't even lose a 1/2 of a pound. I'll have to check into the Atkins Yogurt smoothie. I have one of those jobs where I am on my feet all day, so smoothies are a quick way to get a snack in.
Do you know of any SBD approved smoothies? Or, where I can find the approved list for dairy? BTW - I was incorrect in my previous post, its not the atkins yogurt smoothie that I drink. Its the Dannon Light'n fit carb control yogurt smoothie and the specs are:
60 calories
2.5 g of total fat
1.5 g of sat fat
4g of carbs
2 g of sugars
Here is a link for info on dairy and smoothies.

Thanks for your response, I can't wait to try some of those recipes. One more question though.... do you know if there are any pre-packaged smoothies that are SBD friendly? I posted the details on the one that I have been drinking, but now I'm not sure if they are ok to have.
Hi,
You can have the Dannon Light & Fit smoothie in phase 2 and count it towards your dairy serving.
