Wacky Wednesday Phase 2 Check In

Good Morning! It's been awhile since I started off the daily check-in so I hope those who don't know me won't mind. I did these for many months over the past 2 years but due to job and health situations I have been MIA for a few months. I am going back to work today after being sick for 4 days. I still feel yucky but I will live.
I am trying to get my menus planned and will start back in full force to lose 30 pounds I regained after losing 60 pounds back in 2003. It really helps to be accountable and do check ins and motivate each other to get our water and exercise in too. :-) I look forward to hearing your stories and cheering on your successes.
So far today:
Breakfast: Kashi GoLean cereal and 1% organic milk
Lunch: Salad most likely. I am running late and didn't have time to make lunch but I will buy something healthy at work.
I will edit and add my dinner and snacks later. Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Welcome back!
So far, today has been a good one. Here's what I have:
B: Oatmeal with skim milk, banana
L: Spinach salad, kidney beans, black olives, broccoli, small can tuna, BV dressing
S: Assorted fruit - slice of mango, cantaloupe, some grapes and blueberries
D: Not sure yet - going to a middle eastern restaurant.
S: fugde pop

Yucky day today - its hot and humid. Possibility of thunderstorms later today. Not sure where the idea came from that its "dry" in the desert - ha, not today!
Today:
breakfast - Kashi cereal w/milk and 2 pieces canadian bacon
snack - Kashi granola bar
lunch - meat ball sandwhich (homemade meatballs and tomato sauce on Flatbread), green bean salad
snack - soymilk shake w/banana
dinner - pork chops, salad, roasted broccoli
desert - yogurt w/berries

So far, so good today. I didn't find it difficult at all to slip back into my old routines after being on vacation last week. In fact, I missed the routine.
B - fruit smoothie (Metamucil carb competitor)
S - 4 Triscuits w/CC
L - salad w/lots of veggies, grilled chicken, ranch dressing, celery sticks
S - 3 Triscuits w/CC
D - grilled chicken, green beans, cole slaw (dressing of Splenda, vinegar, lite mayo)
S - SBD PB Cup

Hi Suzy, I'm back again also for bein MIA since last week.Sorry to hear that you were sick, Ughhh!! thats a horrible time in the summer, especially with all this humidity.Me still at a STALL for over 2 months now. I want to maintain but my doctor says that I'm not at a healthy BWI yet. Being 150 my BWI is 27 and he want me down to 140 which will put me in a BWI of 24.
Started a new plan of upping my calories from 1050 to 1400 cal per day. I thinking the stall is from new eating enough.Another thing that I tryed was to have my main meal at noon 3 X's a week and I changed my exercsing routine by doing different activities along with a different time of day.HOPE THIS WIIL BREAK MY STALL.
my menu today:
b=Hawaiian Pizza 1c 1% milk for 3 mugs of tea
s=fruit smoothie
l=l/f Bologna & Soy Cheese on 2 sl forPepperich whole german grain bread
S=3 fresh apricots
D=tilapia fish fillet with cold veggies and 1/2 c WW pasta
Dessert- Yogurt

breakfast-thomas 100 percent english muffin w/ smart balance "butter, i cup soy slender milk
snack-1/2 cup ricotta w/ sf vanilla syrup
lunch-salad with some chicken and Just 2 Good Ranch dressing
snack-starbucks non fat sugar free vanilla latte
dinner-turkey wrap with whole wheat tortilla and veggies
dessert- 2 sugar free hard candies
excersize: 3 mile run this morning.
is this ok for phase 2?

Lookin' good.
Well this is my first daily check in so here goes, I hope everything Im eating is the right things...
Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana and chopped walnuts, and a glass of FF Milk.
Snack: yogurt with FF/SF jello added
Lunch: A salad with BV and shrimp with a V8
snack: String cheese
Dinner: Crockpot Cabbage Casserole recipe that I got from this site, smells yummy already
also with that I am having some lima beams and yellow squash w/ onions.
Dessert: Fudge pop with a smear of peanut butter on top and a glass of milk
Let me know if this is ok...

Absolutely perfect.
Hi All!
This is my last day of going back to P1 and I'm happy to report that I lost a lb after my annoying 4 month stall!!! We'll see if it stays off. I'm ready to get really serious again back to P2. I had been slacking too much lately.
B: Mock french toast with SF syrup, Coffee with cappucino soy slender
S: V-8
L: Tuna salad on greens with cucumber and ranch dressing, FF/SF iced vanilla latte
S: Pistacios, turkey and LF cheese roll-up, yogurt
D: Out: Modern Chicken (grilled chicken on onions, bell peppers and jalapeno peppers)
Exercise: 30 minutes treadmill; weight training (biceps, chest, abs)
