Wacky Wednesday Phase 2 Check In

Good Morning! It's been awhile since I started off the daily check-in so I hope those who don't know me won't mind. I did these for many months over the past 2 years but due to job and health situations I have been MIA for a few months. I am going back to work today after being sick for 4 days. I still feel yucky but I will live.

I am trying to get my menus planned and will start back in full force to lose 30 pounds I regained after losing 60 pounds back in 2003. It really helps to be accountable and do check ins and motivate each other to get our water and exercise in too. :-) I look forward to hearing your stories and cheering on your successes.

So far today:

Breakfast: Kashi GoLean cereal and 1% organic milk

Lunch: Salad most likely. I am running late and didn't have time to make lunch but I will buy something healthy at work.

I will edit and add my dinner and snacks later. Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Suzy,
The crockpot cabbage casserole was just wonderful, it tasted like a stuffed cabbage that my grandmother used to make. I will be having it again soon. Everyone in the house loved it. Thanks for asking

Oh ((((Bethie)))) it's so good to hear from you! I am so sorry to hear about the arthritis. That's definitely no fun at all. How does prednisone make you feel? Does it help with inflammation? I had given a few prednisolone tabs to Gracie when she was vomiting and having problems. Thankfully she's not had to take one in over a month. Ever since the holistic vet suggested I put digestive enzymes and vitamins & so on in her food that I feed her via syringe (she still won't eat much on her own) she hasn't been vomiting so I am very pleased. Her next blood tests are Aug 1st (a lucky day since it was the birthday of my first kitty ^Missy^).

We will just have to lose our weight slow but sure, right? The main thing is that you're not in pain and that you do what's best for your health. Please keep me posted and I will pray for you to get better and not suffer the pain and stiffness of R. Arthritis.

((((Healing Hugs))))

Thank you Stephanie! I am already looking forward to resting this weekend. One day back to work was already exhausting. LOL!

Hi Suzy: Yes, I couldn't believe that I was eatting that low. In my food journal I have 3 columns: FAT GRAMS,FIBER GRAMS & WW POINTS.I was on the 20-25 pts(1050-1200cals.)and now I rised my points range to 28-32(1400-1600 cals).Read in My pryamid/gov web site that I wasn't eating enough.Hopefully next week I'll be off the 150-151-150 stall. Hugs Maryann
