I'm having a great day! I'm leaving in 30 minutes to get my nails done and get a spray tan, and then I'm "working from home" the rest of the afternoon. I'm also feeling healthy again. I'd been feeling bloated since we got back from vacation last weekend, and today I finally feel more myself.
B - fruit smoothie, oatmeal, metamucil
S - 7 Triscuits, lite veggie spread
L - on the run, probably Wendy's chili
S - baby carrots and dip
D - leftovers - brown rice, parmesan chicken, coleslaw, green beans
S - SF FF pudding

happy friday everyone!
breakfast- kashi waffle w/ smart balance and s/f syrup, i cup soy slender milk
snack-starbucks non fat sugar free vanilla latte
lunch- pepperidge farm"mini bagle" whole wheat w/ natural PB, salad w/ avacodo and low fat dressing
snack-kraft SBD cereal bar
dinner-cup of veggies with soy sauce
excersize-3 mile run
i feel like i had too many carbs today :( ill try to do better tomorrow.

Here's my day...
B: Kashi waffle with SF syrup, cottage cheese, coffee with Cappucino soy slender
S: None
L: 1/2 whole-grain flat-out bread with turkey, LF cheese, lettuce and ranch dressing, banana "shake"
S: Red bell pepper and celery with hummus, iced coffee
D: Black beans with brown rice, steamed zucchini and squash, fruit salad
Dessert: SF/FF chocolate fudge pudding
Exercise: 1 hour on the treadmill (sprints and hills), ab work

Hi Everyone:
Its HOT out again to hot to walk along the beach. So after this post I going to do my WATPs tape for 30 mins.
my menu today is:
B-WW Waffle with blueberries s/f syrup and 1 c 1% milk for tea
S=75% f/f cheddar cheese on a wasa crakcer
L-Half of:
S=peach
D-perch fish fillet,with WW pasta & green peas & carrots
Dessert=1c yogurt

Here is what I am having...
Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 cup of FF milk with a V8
snack: None
Lunch: Big Salad with BV
Snack: Banana Shake made with yogurt, FF Milk, a small banana , ice, banana flavoring,
and 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and splenda <------ it was YUMMY
Dinner: Turkey Sandwich on whole wheat bread with french onion soup
Snack: Pumpkin Souffles

I'm sooo late checking in today! We spent most of the morning at the pool which was nice. I was *supposed* to meal plan this afternoon for the next two weeks, but I haven't done it yet. Just not very motivated today (I blame it on the swimming, it always makes me tired!)
Today:
Breakfast: Kashi cereal (w/milk and banana), canadian bacon
Snack: sunflower seeds (at pool)
Lunch: burrito (lean ground beef, salsa, lettuce, lf cheese, ff sour cream, a little ff refried beans and avocado) on ww tortilla, big salad
Snack: Kashi granola bar
Dinner: not sure - going out
snack: yogurt w/berries

It's really late, but I'd like to see how I fared today:
B- 1 cup low carb special-K, 1 cup milk, blueberries
Snack- V8, string cheese
Lunch- 2 eggs, spinach & feta w/ a little salsa
Snack-2 tbs. peanut butter, 1 cup milk
Dinner- 1/2 cup spaghetti squash w/ sf tomato sauce, taco salad
Dessert- Heavenly Delights Swiss PB Cup Ice cream
Sorry to be late in replying, Meg. I've had mixed reviews on the Metamucil. It's mentioned in the book to take a spoonful (diluted in water, of course) before each meal. I questioned it a while ago, wondering if it was really doing me any good. I had one person come back and say they didn't notice a benefit, stopped taking it, and didn't see any slow down in loss. Another told me that she realized a benefit if she was very regular about taking it - same time each day, 7 days a week - but if she stopped taking it maybe on the weekends, it was like she shouldn't bother with it at all.
I decided I'd finish the canister that I have, and then try not taking it for a while and see if I notice a difference. I use it as my carb competitor with my fruit smoothie in the morning, though, so I'll have to add something to my routine when I give it up.
