Superb Saturday PH 2 Check In

Morning all -
I usually don't do too well with my eating on the weekend (don't eat enough), so I though I would check in early with my menu and see if that helps. It's miserably hot here - 104 degrees yestderday and my poor son has a baseball tournament all weekend. Got to the the supportive mom, so I'll grab my sunscreen & hat and off I go......... Here is what I have I mind for today:
B- kashi waffle, milk, coffee
S- sunflower seeds & diet cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper
L- turkey roll ups
S- cheese stick & cherries
D- SBD pizza & green salad
S- sf/ff pudding

I've got 1/2 my day planned out food wise.
Doing pretty well. I've been MIA on the board since we returned from vacation and my menu for the past few days shows it!! Now granted I've not had any bad fats, or sugar BUT I've been SO MUNCHY!! and my exercise has been lacking ~ ugh! I was up to 2 carbs a day trying to regulate my weight loss (don't want to lose anymore) but I feel like it's kind of putting me into a tailspin....too much too soon?? Today I'm going to do 0 carb just to feel back "in control" again. SO today looks like this ~
B 2 scrambled eggs with onion, pepper and 2 slices bacon
S almonds and 1 cup carb countdown choc. milk
L tossed salad with chicken on top
S f/f s/f mocha 15 grapes
D chicken kabobs, green beans and salad
S s/f pudding with ff whip
I should be back on track soon! Miss you all ~

Hi Ladies:)
WHOOOOOOOOO!! We finally a a cool day on the Cape,I guess the thounder stroms we had last nuigh bought the cooler air in.We did our walking along the beach already,and I glad we did as the parking places are all gone now,with the tourist in town this weekend.
My menu today
B=2 sl melted soy cheese on a WW bagel,1/2 c 1 % milkfor tea 1.2 l/f yogurt.
S=V8 with a celery stirrer
Dinner=very veggie salad with olive oil & vinegar,Veggie sausage on WW spagetti with parm cheese.
S=apple slices
Supper=B-L-T on a WW roll with lots of cold veggies & a pickle.
Dessert=Fruit Parfait

It's hot here today, too! Not 104, but pretty hot.

L - Salmon patty, sauteed vegetables
S - NSA Ice Cream Bar (to cool off!)
D - Not sure yet!! Proabably a big salad of some sort...
Exercise - Lifting class this morning, maybe a walk in the late evening if it cools off a bit!

Lunch- lettuce, lf sourcream, salsa, rf cheese, garden burger
Snack- peach, 17 peanuts
Dinner- flank steak w/ spinach salad, newmans own redwine dressing
Dessert- sf ice cream diet rootbeer float!! YUMMm!!! time for that now!
