Spendid Sunday Phase 2 check In

Well - I did not fair so well on my eating play yesterday. No time for breakfast and I was out and about at lunch. I'll start this post again today in hopes I stick to my menu better than yesterday. Here's my plan:
B- kashi granola bar, coffee, milk
S- sunflower seeds, diet soda
L - tuna lettuce wrap, v8
S - cherries & cheese stick
D - left over spelt pizza & green salad
S - pudding

hey everyone!!!! hope yall have a great sunday! is anyone else excited to watch Hells Kitchen tomorrow? such a great show! :)
breakfast-"mini" whole wheat bagel w/ ff cream cheese
yogurt with banana extract and some walnuts
snack- SBD cereal bar, starbucks non fat sugar free latte
lunch-cashews, diet snapple, not sure what else....
snack-string cheese?
dinner-tuna steak and string bean casserol.
