Happy Monday! Today is my 7th anniversary...actually kind of bummed about it. We aren't really doing anything special, but its hard with two kids and no access to babysitters. I think we may go out to dinner (with the kids) But other than that, it'll just be a regular day :-( We'll have to wait til we go on vacation next month to really celebrate.
The good thing is though - when I started SB one my goals was to be a size 10 and fit into my wedding dress by my anniversary. Well I am a size 8 and my wedding dress is baggy on me!
Its been soooo humid, we had some rain/thunerstorms this weekend. I hate the humidity, but I actually really like when we get these summer thunderstorms. Growing up on the coast, the desert just really fascinates me that it can be over 105 and actually RAIN!
Have to go get the kids lathered up with sunscreen and off to swimming lessons! Have a great day everyone!

breakfast - Kashi cereal w/milk and banana
snack - SBD cereal bar at pool
lunch - leftover steak in ww pita, roasted veggies
snack - apple w/peanut butter, soy milk
dinner - ??out??
snack - yogurt

Sorry i haven't been around much but since the kids are home they have hijacked my computer! It seems i have to beg to get a chance on it anymore lol.
I have cheated a bit on South Beach, last night it was a darn strawberry cheesecake blizzard!
But have lost another 3 pound which makes me happy, only 10 pounds until my goal.
Good luck to everyone, i start a temporary fulltime job tomorrow, (i'm usually parttime) for 6 weeks it is good money but i hate not being with my daughter :(
Happy anniversary, MichaelAnn! Even if you're just going out to dinner, I'm sure you'll have a great time! We rarely use a babysitter - maybe once a year - so we always take the kids with us. It's still nice to get dressed nice and go out. I hope you have a great day!

I'm going to be very good this week to repair some damage I think I made over the weekend. So far, so good. Just got off the treadmill in a VERY warm workout room. I got 1.8 miles in, and I'm going to do a bit more tonight, but it's 100 degrees here with 90% humidity today, so I'm going to have to stay inside and get some more activity.

S - Cantalope, String Cheese
L - Salad w/feta and Red Wine Vinagrette, Tuna Salad
S - Cottage Cheese
D - Meat Loaf, Salad, Sauteed Vegetables
D - Pudding (SF), 8 oz Skim Milk before bed
Exercise - I want to get in 3.75 miles today, and I've got 1.8 down! 2 to go...

L: 1/2 ww flat-out bread with turkey, LF cheese, roma tomato, lettuce and Carb Options ranch dressing, salad with Carb Options ranch dressing
S: Chocolate/banana shake; apple with pb
D: Sauteed scallops, sauteed spinach, asparagus
Dessert: SF/FF chocolate pudding with FF rediwhip
No exercise today. Have a sick baby at home. :-(

Today for me ....
Breakfast: 8ozs of FF Milk, 2 eggs, 2 slices of turkey sausage, 1/2 cup of oatmeal with banana and splenda.
Snack: None... To much breakfast
Lunch: A big salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion with cheese. V8
Dinner: Not sure yet, going over to someones house but I am sure it will be SB legal cause she is on SB also.
Snack: FF Fudge pop with 8oz of milk..

Hi Ladies:
OH!!! We hit 70 degrees after the 30 MPH winds on Cape Cod today. The weather man told us we're only ones on the Cape that has this lovely weather.We walked along the beach,and wow what a wind to deal with.But I'm still clammy all over.
MichaelAnne-congrats & best wishes on your 7 th anniversary.I know it hard to be together alone with kids around.Maybe you can have a cocktail & SB friendly snack by yourself after the kids are in bed.Also big congrats on being so close to goal.Hopefully by the end of this year maybe I hit my goal.Have 10 lbs to go.
