Okay - well, I'm not too sure its a terrific Tuesday for me! Kind of over did it last night on the champagne and I am not feeling so great this morning...but hey it was my anniversary right? Not to mention dinner - don't even want to THINK about what I ate for dinner, but it was sooooo good. And I haven't had a true "cheat" since Mother's Day, so I think I was due!

Not totally sure what I'll be eating today, the thought of eating anything right now is a little nauseating!

breakfast - yogurt w/berries, turkey bacon
snack - sunflower seeds
lunch - ? probably turkey sandwhich on flatbread and salad
snack - string cheese, soy milk shake
dinner - meatloaf, mashed cauliflower, salad

Hi DesertMom, I hope you feel better and IM glad that you all had fun...

Breakfast: Uncle Sam cereal W/ FF Milk, 1 pack of splenda, coffee, V8.

Snack: SF Jello

Lunch: Tuna salad on 1/2 flat bread, Salad, 1 cup of milk

Snack: string cheese

Dinner: Baked Chicken, sweet potatoe mash, green beans..

Dessert: SF Fudgepop w/ a spread of PB, another cup of milk

MichaelAnn, sounds like you had a great time, even if you're paying for it a little now. Hope you feel better soon.

We went out to dinner last night, so last night's dinner plan is now tonight's dinner plan.

B - fruit smoothie, Metamucil, oatmeal
S - 7 dried apricots, 1 tbsp peanut butter
L - large salad with lots of veggies, beans, crab, BV
S - 7 RF Triscuits w/lite cream cheese
D - split pea w/ham soup, brussel sprouts, sbd friendly coleslaw
S - sbd pb cup

I made the split pea w/ham soup in the crockpot Sunday. It's from the SBD soup thread down in the recipes section. It is wonderful! I had a little Sunday night, just to try it, but I imagine like most soups, it will be better after sitting overnight.

MichaelAnn, I'm so glad you had fun. If you can't indulge on your anniversary, when can you indulge, right? Good for you!

I'm a little under the weather today so nothing sounds too good to me. My baby is sick and I think I'm catching it. Ugh. Here's what I'm going to TRY to eat today...

B: None (still in bed)

S: Peach slices, coffee with chocolate soy slender

L: I'm going to try flat-out bread pizza with tomato sauce, RF cheese, mushrooms, black olives, banana shake

S: Apple with pb
S: V-8

D: Chicken and vegetables, salad with BV dressing

Dessert: SF/FF chocolate pudding with a dab of rediwhip

No exercise today. I feel so icky.

S - hummus with sugar snap peas (I love these!!!)


L - LO grilled mesquite chicken w/ salad


S - cherries and cheese


D - grilled steak,

Oh so sorry that your not feel well,but cecbrating your anniversary was a good cheat.I'm going to take DH for alunch on his birthday next Tues. and I'm going to cheat a little also.Hopefully your feel better soon.

Dinner-2 chicken thighs diced in WW rice with mixed veggies

S-1 apple

Supper- 1/2 turkey sand. with 1/2 c salald with dress.

Dessert-1 c yogurt

hey ladies!!! its late but ill do a quick recap. i love checkins.

b-fiberone with ff soy slender
s-starbucks sf non fat vanilla latte
l-1/2 tuna sand. with sweet potatoe fries
s-ricotta and pb
dinner-spagetti squash with pesto and cottage cheese
d-one south beach cookie

excersize 3 mile run and 6 sets of 20 crunches

im doing better and i felt great today!
