Mandarin Oranges?

I have a salad nearly every day for lunch at the office. We have a station in the cafeteria where they toss it all up for you. I usually avoid the fruit offering on my salad, because it's generally raisins, dried cranberries or dried cherries. Today it was mandarin oranges, and I thought that might be okay, so I'm having them. I looked at the phase II foods to reintroduce list, and oranges are listed, but mandarin oranges are neither on the reintroduce list or the avoid list. I'm assuming, as long as they're water packed, that they are okay, and the serving size would be similar to one small orange. Am I assuming correctly?

Thanks,

Lora
