Finally Friday Phase 2 Check-In...

Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a great week. Here's my plan for the day...
B: Vegetable and black bean breakfast migas, 2 slices turkey bacon, coffee with chocolate soy milk
S: None
L: Out with a friend: Chopped salad (no bacon), iced tea with splenda
S: Apple with pb, yogurt
D: Chicken and grilled vegetable fajitas (no tortilla), with RF cheese, avacado and a dab of sour cream
Dessert: Yogurt parfait with strawberries, SB cereal and a dab of FF redi-wip
Getting back on the exercise wagon tomorrow. Feeling 100% better today-- gotta love zithromax!

Breakfast migas are a Mexican concoction... you take eggs, add milk and whisk together. Tear ww tortillas into small squares and then soak the tortillas in the mixture for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat Smart Balance in a skillet and add whatever vegetables you want to add. Pour egg mixture into skillet with the vegetables and cook over med/low heat until eggs are set.
For vegetables, I add mushrooms, green chilis, red bell pepper, onion and black beans and a dab of salsa. It's very yummy!
Have a great time tonight with your co-workers. Good luck resisting that margarita... I'm not sure I could! :-)

I'm glad you're feeling better! I'm going to be good this weekend -- of the 4 lbs (!!) I was up on Tuesday, I'm down 1. So I'm hoping that by eating good this weekend and all week I can be back down by my next weigh in. I tell you, cheats for 1 weekend, it's just not worth it!
B: Scrambled Egg Beaters w/R&G Peppers and Onion, Morningstar Vegy Sausage, SF/NF Mocha
S: None -- worked through my snack!
L: 5 chips w/ salsa (5 - not too bad!), Taco Salad w/LOTS of veggies
S: Celery & PB
D: Going to Applebee's, so probably a big salad!
Exercise: Taking the dog for a LONG walk, maybe running, but I'm still breaking in my new running shoes, so no promises!

Good afternoon everyone! Kim, glad you're feeling better today. Andrea, have a good time tonight!
TOM is approaching, and I've been up for several days. Funny how you can lose 50+ pounds, feel great, and then feel like a balloon when you're carrying 2 extra pounds.
B - strawberry smoothie, cubed chicken (strange, but I needed a carb comp and in a rush)
S - 2 tbsp pb (right off the spoon - I mentioned TOM, right?????)
L - large salad w/lots of veggies, crab, BV
S - sf skim iced latte
D - ????
We're going to a bd party for my 2 yo nephew tonight. They ALWAYS order pizza. I don't think I'll have any problem avoiding the food, and I'll probably just heat a sbd frozen pizza when we get home.
