Phase 2-first day

Hi Everyone! Today is my first day on Phase 2. I didnt see the results I wanted with Phase 1 and Im hoping Phase 2 works better for me. I already had a little oatmeal and some plain yogurt. I'm wondering if it would be ok to have my wheat free cheerios with plain yogurt in the mornings? Thats my favorite breakfast. I'm wheat sensitive so all the cereals I can enjoy are by defualt pretty healthy. Is 1 c of cereal alright or should I stick with 1/2 a cup?
I would also love to hear from people who have had good experiences with Phase 2 and what some of your meal staples were. Thanks!
