I can't believe at 3:00 nobody has started the check-in thread! I need the check-in to help me think through dinner, so here goes.
B - fruit smoothie
S - cheese stick
L - big salad with lots of veggies, sunflower seeds, feta, BV
S - .375 square Ghiradelli dark chocolate, skim milk
D - grilled chicken, broccoli slaw, brussel sprouts, frozen blueberries
S - OR 94% fat free popcorn (snack size)
I love days when I forget to eat my grain servings. Those are the days I have popcorn before bed. Doesn't happen but maybe once a month, but I really love popcorn.

Here's my day...
B: Kashi waffle with SF syrup, cottage cheese, Venti SF/FF iced vanilla latte from Starbucks (I'm dragging today)
S: None
L: 1/2 ww flat-out bread with Carb Options ranch dressing, red bell pepper, turkey, LF cheese and lettuce, salad with CO ranch dressing
S: Apple with pb, V-8
D: Grilled lemon herb chicken, salad with BV dressing, white asparagus
Dessert: Yogurt parfait with peach slices, SB cereal and redi-wip
No exercise today.

Hi Ladies:)
Made a big pot of veggie soup to use it along with my 3 main meals. Heard that homemade veggie soup is suppost to let you lose weight faster.Will be on it for 3 days.
my menu today
b-s/f Spreadable fruit on WW eng Muffin 1 c 1% milk for tea
s=1c cranberries
l=97 % ff Hot Dog With saurkraut,relsih mustard on a WW bun with salad & F.V.
s=1`c l/f l/s yogurt
d=perch fish fillet,butternut aquash lima beans, and cold veggies
Dessert=fruit parfait.

Sorry that this is SO late....I work at least 10 hours on Mondays so I didn't access the site yesterday. If you don't mind, I'll post my plan for today instead.
B: Hard boild egg with a slice of RF cheddar and WW english muffin and coffee attached to an IV!
S: Yogurt and blueberries
L: salad with grilled veggies, balsamic vinegarette, and cooked shrimp.
S: Grilled Peach or plum
D: Blackened Salmon with wilted spinach, possibly some brown rice and possibly a glass of red wine.
Sweat Treat: fudgesicle
Of course, water throughout the day!
It is Tuesday but I will post what I ate yesterday.
Breakfast - Omlette (egg beaters, frozen veggies and cheese) and Coffee with soy milk.
