Hi Meg,
It looks like you are on the right track - just make sure you get 4 to 5 cups of veggies in. Also, I am assuming that the meatballs are made with lean ground beef or ground turkey or chicken and if there is any breading it should be whole grain. If tomorrow is your first day on phase 2 (I think I remember that from an earlier post ;), I would forget the banana and have the fudge pop. You should see how you feel and if any cravings return after your first day on phase 2 and then make adjustments accordingly.
Check in with us again to let us know how you did and how you feel!
And personally I would pick the banana over the fudgscicle for desert - bananas are a VERY healthy food with lots of great healthy benefits. Fudgscicles are not "bad" of course, but they are more like empty calories with no real nutritional value. I've really tried to replace my "sweet treat" with fruit whenever possible just to get some more vitamins/nutrition into my body.

Hi again,
I just wanted to clarify that I would suggest the fudge pop over the banana because since you are starting (or re-starting) phase 2 and have added cereal and meatballs (assumed with breading)
Have you tried frozen blueberries? I bought a big carton of blueberries on sale this weekend, and decided to freeze them in snack size baggies. It's just like a bag full of bite size popsicles. I really like them, and I'm going to try to wean myself off of sweet treats and replace them with these. I tend to go overboard on my sweet treat calories with my before bed snack, and I rarely have more than 1 fruit, so if I can switch, it would be a win-win for me.
