Menu Check for me too!!!

Meg was 1 step ahead of me! I'd like some feedback on my menu from today. I counted calories today to make sure I was in the right neighborhood, and I think that came out okay, but I'd like feedback on that too.

B - Scrambled Egg Beaters w/Red & Green Peppers and Onion, Morningstar Vegy Sausage, 1/2 C Skim Milk

S - 1T Natural PB, 1T Regular PB and Celery

L - 1C Romaine Lettuce w/ FF Feta Cheese, Onion & 2T Blush Wine Vinagrette Dressing, 1/2 C Tuna Salad, Diet Cherry Coke

S - Cantalope, Cheese Stick, Small York Peppermint Patty

D - 1C Romaine Lettuce w/ RF Cheddar cheese, Onion & 2T Light Ranch; Red & Green Peppers, Red Onion, Yellow Onion, garlic and Zucchini sauteed in 1T Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinager and Basil; Baked Chicken Breast

Dessert - SBD Chocolate Breakfast Bar, 2 cheese cubes

Before Bed - 8 oz Skim milk (a ritual with me)

Exercise - Ran 1.5 miles, walked 2.5 miles

My total for the day came to 1475 Calories, 63.5 grams of fat, 17g saturated fat, 92.5g Carbs, 127g protein and 14g fiber. I know SBD doesn't stress calorie counting, but when I was on WW, I guarantee you I didn't break 1000 calories in a day, and I still exercised. So I just want to know if, for my activity level, I'm eating the right foods for Phase 2, getting enough (and not too much) of the right things.

About the peanut butter, I'm not wild about Natural, but I figure 1/2 Natural and 1/2 processed is better than all processed. And hopefully I'll eventually get used to the natural.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks-a-million Cathy! I usually have a full cup of skim milk with breakfast, unless I'm going to the coffee shop to get a SF/NF Mocha. I went yesterday, but it didn't taste good and I couldn't drink it -- went back today and it turns out the milk was spoiled yesterday! So there would've normally been another skim milk serving had that not occured.

Yes, the SBD Breakfast Bars are detrimental to my weight loss. They're TOO yummy! I love SF Pudding, maybe I'll make a new batch tonight and choose that instead of those bars. I'm also going to quit buying them after I eat the ones in the pantry -- hopefully not daily.

I'll try hummus -- I think I've had it before and didn't like it, but that wouldn't be the first food that I've tried due to SBD, and liked. So I'll give it a shot!

Great pointers! Thanks so much!

Stephanie
