Its the special K for low carb lifestyle that is on the Phase 2 list. I haven't added fruit yet. The Phase 2 instruction said to add a fruit and one starch then slowly go up to 2-3 servings. this is my 3rd day on phase 2. I thought the yogurt would be fruit since its flavored. Can I add more fruit? I think I am eating 4 1/2 servings. I also take a multi-vitamin every morning

Well, you're up to 2 starch servings (Special K and sweet potato).

< I think I am eating 4 1/2 servings.>

I don't think Cathy replied to this part of your message. It's not 4 1/2 servings of vegetables, it's 4 1/2 cups. If you're considering a 1/2 cup a serving, 4 1/2 servings is only about 1/2 of what you need.

Just wanted to add a note about the yogurt -- you can have a much bigger serving of yogurt if you buy the nonfat plain variety and add a little vanilla and splenda. Then you have your own version of vanilla yogurt that tastes really good with no extra calories so you can eat a bigger serving. Then just add some berries or other fruit if you like the fruit flavor. It's better for you and I swear it tastes way better, too!
And about the veggies-I usually have a big salad with dinner to cover almost all my veggie servings, and then snack on red peppers or celery and hummus to get some more.
Hope that helps a little!
