Food for today!
Breakfast- whole grain english muffin, 2 pc bacon, 2 eggs, glass of skim milk
Snack- yogurt w/ blueberries and v8
Lunch- cup of broccoli w/ nsa ketchup, gardenburger, hummus & 6 triscuits
Snack- apple w/ cheese
Dinner- salad w/ grilled chicken, roasted red pepper, and something else!
Dessert- glass of skim milk and fudgesicle
Today is my first spinning class. Eeek! I am GOING to do it!

I guess everone is busy today!
It's almost time for bed, but here is how my phase 2 day was:
Breakfast: very large serving of ff plain yogurt with splenda and vanilla (I am sure I got all my dairy in here)
Snack: iced coffee with milk
Lunch: asian vegetable salad and chicken salad
Snack: banana
Dinner: Thai chicken with brown rice and Thai beef salad

Hi everybody! Our Patio project will be DONE tomorrow! yay! Then we'll be able to put the furniture on the patio and actually use it! It looks fantastic. Tomorrow also marks the start of planting the gardens around the patio -- ugh, I'm dreading it already.
B - Kashi Waffle w/SF Syrup, Veggie Sausage, 1/8 C of Chocolate milk (we're out of skim! EEK!)
S - Cantalope and Cheese
L - Mediterranean Chicken Salad, York Peppermint Patty
S - Cottage Cheese, SBD Breakfast Bar (only 1 left, then the're GONE!)
D - Grilled Salmon, sauteed Vegetables
D - Pudding w/Raspberries
Exercise - I had my All Strength aerobics class today.
Didn't get my dairy in today on account of being out of Skim. I like chocolate milk TOO much (Kroger brand is so very yummy), so I'll have to hit the store tomorrow.
