Hey everybody,
I was shopping today at my healthfood store downtown, and found lots of good stuff. Among them, a type of cracker I'd never seen before and appears to me to be very South Beach friendly (for P2 and up, of course).
Most exciting thing, these are thin and very crispy wafers, with the consistency of a crisp potato chip! Oh, joy! I love the taste, too. I keep picturing these with a great dip, particularly a spinach-artichoke dip. Mmmmm!
I searched the official SBD website Ask the Nutritionist database, and saw no prior question on these. I posted the question, and it may be up to about 3 weeks before we get an official yay or nay. My money is on "yay"!
Here's my request on the official site and the URL for the product:
I would love to have the opinion of a Nutritionist on a whole-grain cracker I found, to know if this specific cracker gets your endorsement. I believe it will! :^)
Organic, whole ingredients, contains 455mg of Omega-3 per serving. (I searched the database here and saw no prior question about this cracker.)
