Hi all,
So I did the P1 thing for my two weeks, then on my very first day of P2 i ended up eating pretty bad foods, so i decided to convert back to P1 for a week, and here I am, about ready to enter P2 again. Has anyone ever not lost any weight on P1 but instead stayed the same? just wondering if i am alone on this. Has P2 produced better results? I am hoping so...that if i reintroduce the good carbs i won't have to resort to the bad ones.

If you have one bad day in Phase 1 it doesn't mean you need to start over or do a full extra week of phase 1.
