Finally Friday Phase 2 Check In

I thought I would start a check-in today. Fridays are tough, so I know I need to keep myself in check today!
B - Kashi Waffle w/SF Syrup, Vegy Sausage, NF/SF Mocha
S - Cantaloupe and Cheese
L - Mediterranean Chicken Salad
S - Probably a SBD Cereal Bar -- only one left, I'll be glad to get them out of the house!
D - Taco Meatballs on a salad w/black beans
Exercise -- I'm not worried about this today. Our patio will be finished (FINALLY) today, and my DH and I will be moving the patio furniture on it, and tilling/digging/planting/mulching this afternoon all around the patio, so I'll get plenty of activity in today! I'm really looking forward to using the patio this weekend, it's supposed to be beautiful here!

Hi Ladies:)
A quite day for me,going to get to the beach to do some walking before it gets to hot.Not doing the SB for a couple of days.I'm on a 3 day cleansing diet,That i found on the computer. I have lost 2.5 of those misible pounds,and hopefully will loss the rest by Satuday Night.
Stephanie, Good luck with your new patio. Ours walls blew down during the winter storm we had of 36" of snow. and since that we keep asking our contracter to come over to build a new one for us and we haven't heard from him since.Hoping to see him eventually as he been really busy repairing others in our town.

Sounds like you'll be having fun with your new patio Stephanie! We'll be doing a lot of work around the house today too...but it won't be nearly as much fun. For the next 2-3 days we will be cleaning out the garage and probably making about 6 trips to the dump! The garage has really gotten out of control - TONS of old furniture and boxes of old stuff. We're getting our house ready to sell, so it all has to go. If we get that done we will have to start in on the backyard, which needs just as much work as the garage. So I will be getting my exercise in too!

snack: yogurt w/berries
lunch: leftover sloppy joes on ww pita and leftover veggies
snack: apple w/peanut butter
dinner: ?out?
desert: pudding

Today I am having
Breakfast Oatmeal w/ banana, splenda, SF maple syrup and walnuts. FF Milk and a cup of coffee.
Snack. califlower with ranch dip YUM! Very little dip though, Chai Tea I love this stuff.
Lunch. Salad w/ BV and Sb pizza. Green tea
Snack. V8 string cheese, milk
Dinner. Chicken Breast, lima beans, mashed califlower
Dessert FF Fudge pop with peanut butter and a glass of milk.
I missed yesterday's check-in. I was at a field trip with my DD's kindy class. Here's what's gone on / planned for today.
B - fruit smoothie, oatmeal
S - 1 tbsp peanut butter
L - big salad with chicken, lots of veggies, BV
S - 7 RF Triscuits w/lite cream cheese
D - white bean chicken chili, broccoli slaw
D - ??? - we are going to Veggie Tales Live tonight, sitting in a suite, so we'll see what kind of options I have - hopefully fruit, or I'll steer clear and have some FF/ NSA pudding before bed
