Well, I signed up for a new aerobics class yesterday, and attended my first class yesterday. It was a last minute decision to sign up, and I had already run 2 miles during lunch. This class is run by a local well known personal trainer, and professional body builder who knows her stuff. Well, that coupled with the running kicked my butt! But it was a great workout and I'm glad I signed up. And I'm glad my place of employment is offering it here, and it only costs us $10 (this trainer charges $60 per hour!!!) So I'm really excited.
Here's my plan:
B - Kashi Waffle w/SF Syrup, Vegy Sausage, SF/NF Mocha
S - Apple w/ Peanut Butter
L - Big salad w/ff feta and RW Vinagrette dressing, Turkey, lettuce and LF May on a garlic WW Wrap (yummy!!!)
S - Cottage Cheese
D - I'm thinking pork chops w/a salad and green beans
D - SF/FF Cheesecake Pudding
Exercise - still a bit sore from yesterday, but I ran 1 mile during lunch today in spite of that. I may go to my lifting class tonight, but I'm pretty sore, so I can't guarantee it!

S- Non fat yogurt
D- Not sure yet. Grilled chicken w/ baked sweet potato and some veggie

Going to go for a 1 mile walk and do my core secrets tonight.
Hi Ladies:)
Went to the Mall this morning,and walked a little in the coolness,and than when I walked out my glasses where steaming with all that heat.I use to exercise with my tapes in the morning but now I change it to 3 P.M. in the afternoon. We decussed this on another boardwhich is the beat time to exercise, there were many mixed feeling.
my menu today
Breakfast=1/2 ww bagel with f/f cream cheese,1 c 1% milk for tea
S=v8 with celery stirrer
Dinner At Noon=Country Captain Chicken(recipe) over 1/2 c brown rice
S=2c applesauce
Supper=HB egg Salad on WW eng. Muffin, with a large green salad with olive oil vinearette
Dessert= Mocked Banana Split

Hello everyone. Sounds like everyone is having a great day of SB eating!
Breakfast: Uncle Sam Cereal ( I love this stuff for some reason) FF Milk, 1 cup of coffee
Snack: Banana, String cheese, V8
Lunch: Large salad, FF Hotdog on a whole wheat dog bun with a little bit of Chili YUM!
Snack: Chai Tea This stuff is addictive!
Dinner: Crockpot Roast, yellow squash with onions and red peppers, sweet potatoe mash with SF maple syrup and smart balance and cinnamon
Snack: FF SF jello

I have had crockpot unstuffed cabbage for the last two nights, and I feel like if I put a pin in my tummy I'd deflate and blow away. But, I love the stuff, and we still have leftovers, so I'm having it again tonight. :>
