I have heard of Teeccino coffee substitute and I really want to try it, cause I know that I drink too much coffee. But do I have to count it as a fruit or nut serving, since it is made from ground fruits and nuts?
Thanks!

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have Teeccino Coffee in the cabinet, so here are the ingredients and nutrition info so one of the CL's can help.

Teeccino "herbal coffee" is very healthy, and a great choice for South Beach.
Here's something from the official website on this product:
Q:
Thanks, Cathy.
The nutritionist seems completely unfamiliar with the product, and even called it "tea".
Maggie,
I agree.
