I tried to post a check-in yesterday and my computer wasn't cooperating. I see nobody else did either, so I'll post today's early so we can all be on track today!

B - fruit smoothie, oatmeal
S - 1 tbsp PB
L - big salad - out somewhere with DD
S - 7 rf Triscuits with lite veggie cream cheese
D - grilled steak, roasted broccoli, salad
S - frozen blueberries

My phase 2 meal plan for today is:

B: 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt with canteloupe
S: 15 almonds
L: Salad with leftover grilled chicken and salsa.
S: Sliced veggies with hummus.
D: (picnic for an outdoor concert) Ezekial pita with oven-roasted turkey breast,
low-fat mayo, tomato, lettuce.
Big salad with balsamic vinegar.
S: Grapes

Hi Ladies:)

I had problems posting yesterday also. I was able to get into my exercising log and thats all.Miss this thread asit keeps me accountable of what I put in my mouth.

Well, I got my power walking in for 50 mins this morning I had to go EARLY before that un made everything too hot.

My Menu Today-

B=Cottage Cheese Pita

S=1c strawberries with lite whipped topping with strawberry syrup

D=Bosca Italian sausages with zucchini & 1/2 WW pasta with tomoto sauce

S=1c soymilk

Supper=WW Bagel Dogs with Spicy Mustard

Dessert=Berry & Soymilk

Here's my plan today:

B - Scrambled egg beaters w/red and green peppers and onion, vegy sausage, SF/NF Mocha

S - Apple and PB, some cantalope

L - Turkey, onion, lettuce and lf mayo in a garlic WW Tortilla, big salad w/ff feta and Red Wine vinagrette

S - Cottage cheese or a cheese stick, depending on what I feel like eating

D - Mediterranean Chicken Salad

Dessert - I had a piece of this cake-type thing. I'm sure it had sugar, but it also had real oatmeal in it, so wasn't the worst choice, but that will be my dessert today.

Exercise - Walk later on.
