i found this new cracker at Whole Foods and I was wondering if was ok. They are called Amy Lyn's Original Flax Thins, and here are the stats:

Serving: 5 crackers
cals: 150
fat: 10 g
trans fats: 0
carbs: 10 g
dietary fiber: 7g
sugars: less than 1 g
protien: 6 g

Ingredients: flax seeds, water, salt, sesame, dill, caraway seeds, dried onion and driend garlic

i hope that they are ok...they look so tasty!

It says "Serving Size: 27 g (about 5 crackers)

I do have a question about these though, that I just though of after reading the flax seed post...these crackers are basically only flax seeds stuck together in the shape of a cracker. I feel (although I cant say for sure) like 5 crackers would be more than the recommended maximum of 2 tbsp. per day of flax seeds. What do you think? Mybe its just that they are spread out that it looks this way? Also, should these crackers count towards my allowed daily nuts as well?
