I didnt have any full servings of anything for my afternoon snack today, so I had about 1/2 cup of rasberries, about 5 Newmans Own spelt pretzles, and a cup of milk. Is this OK? I feel like I messed up cause I had a fruit and a carb together...but at the time I thought that it was OK becasue they were both less than the recommended serving size. How does this work?
