check my menu please?

Somehow I feel like Im maybe eating too much, or something, I dont know. I just dont feel like I am seeing the loss I should be. Here are my menus from the past 2 days...maybe someone can shed some light? Thanks!
Yesterday--
B: 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup Fiber 1, 1/2 cup skim milk, veggie juice, coffee
S: part skim mozz. cheese stick
L: huge salad (about 2 c. lettuce) with balsamic vinegrette, chicken with about 1 tbsp. avocado puree (with no oil added), and small (about 1/2) of a flax seed cracker
S: 1 c. skim milk, 1/2 cup rasberries, second half of cracker from lunch (BTW: serving size of this cracker is 5 crackers), celery sticks
D: sashimi, about 1/4 cup edamame, about 2 forkfuls of seaweed salad, glass red wine
S: orange, ff sf fudgesicle (60 cals), 1 cup skim milk
Today--
B: 2 egg whites, coffee, 1 slice Ezekiel bread
S: 20 Newman's Own spelt pretzles, part skim mozz cheese stick
L: dont know, going out with coworkers, but probably salad with some protien
S: medium peach, 1 c. skim milk
D: dont know, probably salad with some protien
S: fudgesicle and milk
Thanks a lot for the imput guys. I find it hard to eat all of the recommended servings of dairy, grain, fruit, etc without feeling like I am overeating. Maybe its just in my head cause Im im more used to dieting my cutting cals than by adding food back. Let me know!
