Weekend Eating Curse BROKEN!!!

Well, the past few Mondays I've written in to say how I've blown it on the weekends by eating a bad meal or baking brownies. It's all a mental thing, and I felt I needed 1 GOOD weekend to remind myself that I can stick to this WOE on the weekends (and to get myself back under my ending Phase 1 weight).
Well, I DID IT! Friday DH and I stopped at Wendys and I got the Mediterranean Chicken salad instead of succombing to the hamburger that would've been so much easier to eat. We went to a friends house, and in stead of getting light beer to take with me, I got a malt, low carb, low sugar drink. Saturday I had SB-friendly snacks similar to what I eat during the week. In stead of reaching for one of my husband's favorite ice cream bars (though they're not THAT bad) I chose the apple and PB, or celery. We ate at Outback Saturday night, and while I did have 1 piece of their pumpernickel bread, I ate a SB friendly salad, and my entree was grilled shrimp! Then, even though it was late, I came home and ran 3 miles. Sunday it was to Wendys once again, and I got a salad and chili. For dinner (yeah, we ate out A LOT this weekend) my DH wanted pizza. I said fine, but we had to go to the pizza place that has the good salads, so I had a Tuscan Chicken Caesar salad for dinner and he enjoyed his pizza!
So short of the 2" diameter slice of bread that I had Saturday, I was able to pull off the perfect SBD weekend. I can do this! It's not all that difficult! So I'm hoping to post a loss when I weigh myself on Wednesday!
