Good morning everyone! With this play behind me, it is time to buckle down again!
B- mock french toast w/ pb(absolutely AMAZING, so glad I tried it!!), 2 cups V8, 1 cup skim milk
Snack- 6 triscuits w/ hummus
Lunch- Salad in the city(no full fat cheese this week--infact, maybe i'll bring my own in a ziploc!
Snack- plain yogurt w/ 1/2 banana, cocoa, and splenda, medium coffee
Dinnner-SBD meal bar(waitressing, NO time to eat real food)
Dessert- 1 cup skim milk w/ other half of banana & fudgesicle mashed together
I am so afraid of trying exercise classes at my gym, I have no idea why. Maybe I will go check one out today..

B - Scrambled egg beaters w/Red & Green Peppers and Onion, Vegy Sausage, SF/NF Mocha
S - Strawberries & String Cheese, Tootsie Roll (little one)
L - Mediterranean Chicken Salad
S - LF Triscuits and 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
D - Probably a wrap from Subway -- seafood salad or tuna salad probably
Dessert - SF/FF Cheesecake Pudding, 8 oz Skim Milk before bed
Exercise - 1 hour intense cardio and lifting class

my Menu today
B=ff cream cheese on 1 sl high fiber bread 1/2 c 1% milk for tea
S=1/2 c baby carrot sticks
L=1/2 turkey sand with a 1/2 salad and veggie soup
S=1 banana with 1/2 c 1% milk
D=Veggie soup,Eggplant a la Orleans(recipe)1c cold veggies,1/2 c WW pasta
Dessert=Pear blossom with cinnamin & whipped topping

Hi Everyone!
Here's my day...
B: 1 slice WW toast with Smart Balance, 1 small banana, coffee with chocolate soy milk
S: None
L: Salad with chicken and ranch dressing
S: Apple with pb, cup of milk
S: Triscuits with roma tomato and cucumber slices and hummus, V-8
D: WW tortilla with FF black beans, LF Mexican cheese, dab of sour cream, avacado and salsa, salad with red bell peppers and BV dressing
Dessert: Yogurt parfait with blueberries and redi-wip, cup of Aveda soothing tea before bed.
No exercise today.
I lost the lb., plus 1/2 of another one, I gained on my trip last week! I'm in the 120's! I'm in the 120's! BARELY, but still! I haven't been here in years and years and years!!! Yippeeeeeee!!!

Here is what my day is looking like in Phase 2
Breakfast: Unclesam cereal w/FF milk, chia tea w/ splenda
Snack: None
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Strips green beans, small salad, and a few pinto beans, Ice Tea w/ splenda.
Snack: peanut butter and banana shake made with cottage cheese and FF Plain yogurt and splenda, This was YUMMY!
Dinner: Baked chicken with califlower and cheese, more green beans. Ice tea
Dessert: Rocotta cheese with lemon pudding mixed together and FF Milk.
