Alright. It is finally cooling down!!! Here's today--

Breakfast- 2 eggs w/ spinach & feta, 1/2 wg english muffin w/ sf ketchup, skim milk
Snack- 1 cup ls v8
Lunch- tuna salad on other half of english muffin w/ lettuce
Snack-plain nf yogurt w/ 1/2 banana, cocoa & splenda
Dinner- chicken caesar salad, (with triscuits if i'm hungry?) glass of skim milk

I remember reading its not good to take a multivitamin when you're having dairy--but I really try to space dairy out through my day--so when is the best time to take a multivitamin? Anyone remember?

Here's my plan for the day. Writing it down and posting it here is great for me because it keeps me accountable and on track!

B: 2 small nectarines with 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt flavored with splenda and vanilla extract.
S: none ( I ate breakfast at 9 so I won't want a snack till lunch)
L: Chicken breast in Ezekial pita or cut up into a big salad. If I go with the pita, I'll have a salad on the side.
S: glass skim milk
D: Probably flank steak (or some other type of meat) with steamed veggies and a big salad.
S: SF FF chocolate pudding with dollop of cool whip lite

Here's my plan:

B - Kashi Waffle w/sf syrup, Vegy Sausage, 8 oz skim Milk

S - Celery & PB

L - Small Caesar Salad w/LF Ranch, Chili, Iced Tea

S - Strawberries & Cottage Cheese

D - Pulled Pork, Salad, Green Beans

D - SF/FF Cheesecake Pudding and/or 8 oz Skim Milk

Exercise - Got aerobics tonight, and I'm betting she'll focus on the lower body.

Hi Everyone!

Here's my day...

B: (in the car) SB cereal bar, Diet Dr. Pepper

S: None

L: SB cheese pizza, salad with BV dressing, peach slices

S: Red bell pepper and cucumber slices with hummus, V-8

D: WW burrito with FF refried beans, LF Mexican cheese, dab of sour cream, avacado, salsa; salad with BV dressing

Dessert: Yogurt parfait with strawberries and FF redi-wip

Not a great menu, but I'm sooooooo busy today so I guess it could be worse. Hope everyone is having a good week!

Hi Girls:)

Just got my reults of the Chol. blood test that I had yesterday and they came down to normal thanks to the South Beach Diet YIPEEEEE!!Now I might have a thyroid problem ,the doctor wants me to a make appointment for another test in 6 weeks.

Catherine, I take my mult-vitamin along with my other suppliments at noon. My DH takes them right after dinner.

my menu today is:

B=1/2 WW bagel with mashed banana & 1 Tb peanutbutter,1 c 1% milk for te

S=marinated mushrooms

L=veggie soup,bosca Italian sausages won a WW Hog Dog Roll,w) tomato sauce & mozz cheese

S=berries w) topping

D=veggie soup, tuna fish salad,cold veggies on a bed of lettuce

D=FF cream cheese with spreadable fruit on a gg tart.

I've been in MIA for a couple of days. DD started first grade yesterday, so Monday we shopped until I dropped (she could have gone on for hours), and yesterday was a 1/2 day, so I was just in the office for a couple of hours (and the office is the only place I have time to check this board). It feels good to be back, posting my menu, back in my routine.

B - strawberry fruit smoothie
S - 2 tbsp peanut butter
L - large salad with crab, feta, garbanzo beans, lots of veggies, BV
S - maybe a cheese stick - forgot to bring something with me
D - Maggie's Chili, salad
S - FF SF vanilla pudding w/redi-whip
