Delicious!

I made a home made spinach pizza....SB Friendly, of course. It was fabulous! I made a whole wheat crust and used all SB friendly ingredients. I might have used too much of one or another, but for the most part, it was legal.

I topped it with sauteed onion and mushrooms and spinach all sauteed in a tiny bit of canola and some garlic. I browned some chopped up turkey bacon for extra flavor. I made a SB friendly garlic spread to brush onto the crust under the toppings and then sprinkled it with low fat mozzarella. It was soooo good!

I'm not sure how legal it was, but I had just a little bit. I did good and ate a piece of fruit while preparing it so I'd just eat a small amount. I typically do that or eat a SB bar while preparing dinner if I'm afraid it's not TOTALLY legal. I'm still adjusting so it will take some time to figure it out.

Hi Mel,

Your pizza sounds awesome (and completely legal!) Just be careful about the SBD bars and use them sparingly - better to munch on some veggies while preparing dinner!

Yeah, the bars are just an occasional thing. I normally do a veggie or fruit (small one) while preparing dinner unless I'm planning a salad with dinner. I enjoyed that pizza sooo much and Shane loved it too! I had no idea eating a different way was soo good. I even came up with that myself so I'm shocked at how legal and good it was!
