Hi Thought I start the check-in today even thought its late. I didn't ge to this message board intil now. Hows everyone. Well!! I a little over on this scale this morn,but its not my W-I so idecided not to fret.
my menu today is:
B-apple sausage link s/f maple syrup mix in a WW pita bread,1 c 1% milk for tea
S=V8 with a celery stirrer
D at N=L/C pork w) cherry sauce along with wild rice and green beans
S=baked pear with cinnamin & splenda
Supper=Tomtoe-Egg Accordian Salad with l/f thousand Is Dress.
Dessert= Froz Chocolate(make with unsweentend cocoa & splenda) Banana

Hi Everyone!
I "treated" a little today and I'm sure I'll be sorry tomorrow at my weekly weigh-in. I still haven't had time to exercise this week, but I'm hoping to hit the gym hard tomorrow. Here's my day...
B: Coffee with chocolate soy milk, SB cereal bar, 1/2 banana I split with my DD
S: None
L: At Chuck E. Cheese: Salad with ranch dressing, 1 slice cheese pizza, Vanilla coke (Yum, I love this stuff!)
S: Red bell pepper and cucumbers with hummus, V-8
D: Huge salad with BV dressing and chicken, cup of milk
Dessert: Yogurt parfait with blueberries, SB cereal and redi-wip

I treated a little, too. It's county fair time, and my dh and I split a funnel cake. In all fairness, though, he ate WAY more than me! But this is the only time of year I get to have a funnel cake. Then this morning I had a donut. I know it sounds like I'm sabotaging myself, but when I started Phase 2 back in July I said that next time my one co-worker brought in Dough-Bos donuts I would "treat" myself with one, as they are the BEST donuts I've ever had. Unfortunately, he had to bring them in the day after the funnel cake. Otherwise, though I'm still on track.
B - Kashi Waffle w/SF Syrup, Vegy Sausage, SF/NF Mocha
L - Big salad w/RW Vinagrette, Pulled Pork
S - Apple & PB, SBD Breakfast Bar
D - Not sure -- going to in-law's house, so I'm HOPING for grilled Salmon!
D - 8 oz Skim Milk before bed.

Well here is what my day is looking like.... Oh and ladies dont fret over the treating, just start a new day tomorrow! :)
Breakfast: 2 eggs w/ 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 slice of WW bread with sugar free strawberry jam and soy slender cappuccino milk.. Yummy stuff
Snack: None
Lunch: Huge salad with sliced strawberries and roasted walnuts w/ splenda and home made dressing. Hickory smoked tuna and a diet cream soda.
Snack: 1 cup of yogurt blended with a banana and splenda and ice (Shake) Yummy stuff
Dinner: Leftover Mexican Crockpot Roast Everyone at my house loved this stuff.. A bed of greens with home made salsa, FF cheese, 1 small WW tortilla and refried beans.
dessert: SF jello
Anyone that loves mexican food, if you havent already tried this crockpot roast, you should do so cause it is so YUMMY!
Hickory smoked tuna? Do share!
Also, is the Mexican crockpot roast recipe in the recipe section? I love the crockpot thing so I'd love to add this one! Sounds really yummy!

Hi Kim,
The hickory smoked tuna is in the fresh stay pouches in the tuna section of the store. There is also lemon pepper and spicy, they are yummy. Heres the crockpot recipe..
Crockpot Mexican Beef
2 to 3 pound London Broil
1 Package low sodium taco seasoning (We use two, but my family likes things spicy)
1 large chopped onion
1 large chopped green pepper (I frequently use a mixture of red and green)
1 Tbsp white vinegar
Trim visible fat from meat. Rub taco seasoning over meat and place in bottom of crockpot. Add onion, pepper, and vinegar. Cook on low for 10 hours.
Remove meat from crockpot and shred. Pour sauce over meat and serve.
We usually eat this wrapped in WW tortillas with tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, cheese, and refried beans. For phase one, I would omit the tortillas (maybe try wrapping in lettuce) and use the Southwestern black beans recipe that is somewhere on these boards instead of refried beans.

It's late, but I like to look at how I did...this sure seems like the treating day lol!
Breakfast-WW waffle w/ 1/2 banana and 1 tb PB
Snack- V8
Lunch-steak salad
Snack-peach
Dinner- SBD meal bar and a *few* nachos w/ guacamole(not many, and I did not bring enough food to eat and it was either that or waffle fries)
Dessert-yogurt w/ 1/2 banana & cocoa
Hmm...that doesn't look as bad as I thought it would. I had viactiv calcium supplements today b/c I ran out of milk, and I also started omega-3 pills(1 per meal). I'm interested to see how that helps things next week!

p.s. remember how my bf sent me my favorite candy? Well I complained, and this week he sent me a shoebox filled with my favorite sparkling waters with packets of splenda packed around them. MUCH more SBD. Lol
