Hi Everyone!
I weighed today and I'm officially down to 129 lbs (I'm pleasantly surprised because I had pizza and REAL vanilla coke yesterday)! I've lost 11 and have 4 to go until I'm at my goal weight. It's been such a long journey for me, but I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel now. I'm very proud of myself though-- I had been at 140 lbs. for YEARS and I guess that's why it took so much effort and time to break through that number (and others along the way-- I stalled at 134 for, literally, months). If not for this board and all of you, I'm not sure I could have made it this far. You all ROCK! :-)
Here's my day...
B: Yogurt parfait with plain yogurt, splenda, peach slices, SB cereal and a dab of redi-wip, coffee with chocolate soy milk
S: None
L: Tuna salad on greens with BV dressing, apple with pb, milk
S: Cucumber and red bell pepper slices with hummus, V-8
D: SB cheese pizza, salad with BV dressing
Dessert: Going to bunco tonight and am sure I will indulge a little in yummy desserts and red wine! I'm really looking forward to this!
Exercise: 30 minutes elliptical, weight training (legs, abs)

I've had a busy week with DD starting school, so I've not been regular about checking in. Hoping next week will be better!
B - fruit smoothie
S - 1 tbsp lite cream cheese
L - big salad w/lots of veggies, crab, BV
S - 1 tbsp peanut butter
D - sbd friendly chili, baked sweet potato, salad
S - sf ff chocolate pudding w/redi whip

Had a late start for all my message boards,and this is no exception. Glad that the weekend finally arrived.
Kim: Big congrats on being so close to goal.I'm still struggling to get there.I have 10 more to go,but its going very slow now. I 'm weighing in Tomorrow.

B=Breakfast Parfair Herbed Tea
S= Cream cheese(ff) on celery
L=bosca chik patty on WW bun with l/f mayo & relish,veggie soup
S=Pear Blossom
D=Perch fillet cold veggies,1 baked sweet potato - veggie soup
Dessert=s/f spreadable fruit on 1 sl WW bread ,with 1 c 1% milk

Hi everyone,
Today started fine, and after breakfast I had an awful, terrible fight with my sister. I'm so upset, but I am trying to handle this better than I have in the past. She was very hurtful and made fun of me "eating all the time" and spending all my time in the kitchen(which is ridiculous b/c I am eating better and losing weight, not gaining it..but either way I know what she was insinuating and it hurts)
Instead of pulling up a chair to the fridge, I am actually going to go to the gym before work. I am also going to post later to this and let everyone know how I did! (Forcing myself to do this later will help me keep on track) Okay...lets see how this looks:
Breakfast(pre-fight)- 1/2 english muffin, 2 eggs w/ spinach & feta, 1 pc. turkey bacon, sf ketchup
Snack-other half of muffin w/ 1/2 banana and sf jam, 1 cup v8
Lunch- salmon and 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup lettuce
Snack- plain nf yogurt with other half of banana, 1 tb PB
Dinner- salad in the city
Dessert- fudgesicle w/ chocolate mint viactiv supplement
I'm feeling a little better even writing this. I hope everyone has a better day than I'm having!

Goodness, Catherine! I'm so sorry your sister was so hurtful! Is she jealous that you're doing so well? That totally stinks that she hurt your feelings like that! Good for you for not heading to the fridge. Let us know how the gym went. Chin up-- you're doing great!

Congrats on losing more!!! You're SO close, you'll be there before you know it. That's fantastic!
I had a BIG presentation at work, and it went great. I got some major kudos for it, so I'm feeling wonderful!

Exercise -- I was going to hit the treadmill right now, but I just got kind of sleepy, so I may wait and hit it later.

Sorry about your sister Catherine, she sounds very inmature! Just keep your chin up and brush it off. You are doing great!
Heres what my day is turning out to be like...
Breakfast: Unclesam cereal w/ ff milk, splenda and a banana. V8 juice
Snack: None
Lunch: Grilled chicken strips, green beans, tossed salad w/ ranch dressing and brown rice.
Snack: None
Dinner: Going out so I will have a big salad with some kind of protein on it.
Dessert: NSA fudge pop and FF Milk
Alright!! I handled today well, even though my menu ended up quite differently:
B-eggs w/ spinach and feta, 1 pc bacon and 1/2 muffin and sf ketchup
Snack-v8
Lunch- other half of muffin with 1 tb peanut butter and 1 tb sf jam, 1 nectarine
Lunch part II-wendy's chili
Snack- hummus and triscuits
Dinner- Wendy's mediterranean salad w/ 1/2 the dressing packet
Dessert-fudgesicle w/ 1 tb PB and chocolate mint calcium supplement.
I didn't have much time for a full workout but I burned 350 calories on the elliptical and called it a day. Thanks for all the support. Yes, my sister is very immature and its hard not to get swept up in it. No matter what, this day was GREAT because this is the first "issue" that has arisen during my time on the SB, and I did not resort to eating. I was barely even tempted. I was truly amazed!! Anyway I'd write more but its verry late as usual. Goodnight all!
