I will be away for the next 5 days visiting relatives, so I am going to get as best prepared as I can! Here is today:

Breakfast- egg sandwich w/ whole grain english muffin and veggie sausage
Snack-piece of fruit
Lunch-big salad from work with grilled chicken, mixed greens, tomatoes & red peppers, and BV
Snack- v8 and cashews
Dinner-SBD meal bar(i'll be traveling)

Okay, I need to squeeze in some grocery store time, I'm going to bring with me a ton of portable snacks--low sodium v8 cans, peanuts, mozz sticks, SBD cereal bars, and apples. Let's see how I do this week, I'll be back Saturday!

Everybody hang in there, it's probably rough when a kid leaves for school -- I don't have kids yet, and WAS the kid leaving for school more recently, but I can only imagine.

B - Scrambled egg beaters w/SF Syrup, Vegy Sausage Patty, 8 oz skim milk, SF/FF Mocha

S - Apple & PB

L - Mediterranean Chicken Salad from Wendy's, Iced Tea

S - Cottage Cheese, York Peppermint Patty

D - Grilled Chicken Breast, Sauteed Onions Peppers and Zucchini, Salad w/LF Ranch

D - SF/FF Cheesecake Pudding

Exercise - Had aerobics with 1/2 hour lifting for back and triceps, and 1/2 hour cardio agility, plus some abs. Then I took the dog for 3.5 mile walk.
