WHY????? i JUST finished my lunch of a WHOLE piece of flatout bread with tuna and lettuce and moz cheese....(about 20 mins ago I finished) and I am STILL hungry.
I ate 3 eggs for breakfast with 3 pieces of Canadian Bacon and was hungry again after 30 mins....then I had a yogurt...and of course that was nothing...and then I drank a venti skim latte with Splenda...and only then did my stomach feel "full" and I wasn't hungry. and by the way...I had about 64 oz of orange crystal light from breakfast til the latte...
I have been this way since last Friday....and for 2 days...because I was so hungry...i cheated once each of those days....
the big salads I eat for lunch most days...those are feeling like they are going through me in seconds and I am hungry right afterwards...
I've even been eating SLOWER to see if it helps...
I am getting nervous here....I think the baby has dropped a littlle and that could be one reason right? because my stomach is not soo smooshed?
but is this how I should expect to be AFTER I have the baby??? just hungry all the time?
I can't just eat pounds of veggies all day....they don't satisfy me for very long anyway....but I do not want to eat every stinking hour....
***SIGH***
I know I have to wait to see until after I have the baby and my body is "normal" again to see...but seriously...i can't remember "normal" anymore...

Hi Tiffany,
I suspect that you're not eating enough calories for your current needs and your body is saying, "feed me!"
yep...i usually eat nuts for one of my snacks as well as using a table spoon in a dessert....
and I cook my chicken in olive oil (which I pretty much have once or twice a day)
if I make mock FT then i also put PB on that with my SF syrup....(about 1-2 TBL)
so I have been worried I have been eating too many nuts or PB....
Just hang in there! Its not necissarily going to be that way after baby. While you are nursing you will probably have a pretty big appetite too though. Buts its okay to be eating those extra calories - your body NEEDS them!
