S - Apple & PB, Water all morning
L - Mediterranean Chicken Salad, Iced Tea

D - Tuna melt on WW bread, big salad

Exercise - I have aerobics this evening, and I plan to take a long walk with my dog and my friend.
Good luck today, everyone!

well I hope I am doing this right somehow I feel like I am not...
B: 2 kashi waffles and SF syrup and 4 pieces turkey bacon, 2 c milk
Don't really know what I plan on eating today...yesterday morning I got hit HARD with some kind of 24-stomach virus. My body was intent on getting everything in it out, very violently (TMI I know!) I didn't eat anything until about 10pm when I started feeling better, then I had a couple pieces ww toast. This morning all I could think about again was ww toast. I think I am going to test things and have some turkey bacon. Vegetables sound disgusting right now. I think I may just have some non-SBD friendly chicken soup for lunch. Oh well.
breakfast - ww toast (maybe some turkey bacon, if it stays down)
snack - ? banana maybe?
lunch - chicken soup
snack ??

I'm so excited about my dessert tonight!!! I just made it last night, and it'll be done setting by tonight. I've been craving lemon meringue, so I think this should really satisfy my craving. Nothing quite like a creamy, lemony dessert!!
Also, Tiffany - Let me know what you think of those taco meatballs! I'm going to make them this weekend, and am dying to hear what they're like!!!
Cheers,
Stef
I made the taco meatballs a couple of weeks ago, and they were great!

Mmmm....that seriously sounds so good!!
Maybe I'll bump it up from the weekend and make them tomorrow!
Thanks for the serving suggestions, too!
Cheers,
Stef
Hi All! I'm having a busy, but fun, day. I "rewarded" my being in the 120's for the first time in 10 years by buying some suede pants today. They're size 6 and they are to die for! I also ordered some pink Ugg boots so I'm jazzed for winter to hurry up and get here. Too bad it's 102 degrees with a heat index of 110 today. Guess my new pants and boots will have to wait a while (and I *promise* I won't wear them together!!!)...
Here's my day...
B: 1 slice ww toast with Smart Balance, coffee with chocolate soy milk (in a hurry)
S: Kraft SB cereal bar, crystal light
L: Baked chicken and roasted green beans
S: Apple with pb, 1 slice smoked guoda cheese, cup of milk
D: Huge salad with either salmon or tuna and lots of raw vegetables and BV dressing
Dessert: Yogurt parfait (with splenda, blueberries, SB cereal and FF redi-wip)
Have a great day!

And I am dying for a pair of Ugg boots - I lived in them when I was younger, so comfy, but it always seems too hot here for them!
Now you made me want to go shopping! :-)

My food for the day:
B: Smoothie made with 1/2 c. nf plain yogurt, 1/2 c. skim milk, 1 c. frozen peach slices, and some splenda and ice. YUM!!!*
S: apple with 1 tbsp almond butter*
L: Ezekial 7-grain pita with turkey breast and a bit of Jarlsburg Light cheese
S:none (I had a late lunch @ 3:00)
D: steamed green beans with marinara and meat sauce and a bit of parmesan cheese.
Big salad dressed with BV and 1 tsp. flaxseed oil.
DD: probably none- I'm trying to wean myself off of dessert every night, because I don't think that artificial sweeteners are very good for me, so I'd like to cut back on them.
*I usually don't have all my fruit in the morning- I know it's better to save it for later, but that smoothie was SO good and then I just really wanted an apple mid-morning.

Well, MichaelAnn-- now that you're moving to TX, you might be able to have an excuse for some Uggs! It doesn't get too cold, but cold enough to warrant some cool new Ugg boots, so there you go!
These suede pants I got are particularly cool because they are sort of guacho-style and going to be sooooo cool with tall boots or really sexy heels. I'm fired up!
Go get those leather pants, Girl! You sooooooo deserve them!!!
