Here's my day -- can someone tell me why I'm hungry now (2:45 PM) when I ate lunch at 12:45?? I think 2 hours later, being hungry would technically constitue a "craving" but I didn't eat anything that I'm aware of at lunch that would triger a craving. Am I missing something?
B - Kashi Blueberry Waffle w/SF Syrup, Vegy Sausage, 8 oz Milk
S - SF/FF Mocha, Apple w/PB
L - Big salad w FF Feta and RW Vin dressing, Turkey, lettuce and LF mayo on WW Tortilla
S - Cottage Cheese, probably be hungry again after work, so I'll probably make a fruit smoothie
D - Some sort of SBD-friendly salad
Exercise - 2.5 mile walk at lunchtime
Any input on my 2-hour hunger cycle would be appreciated!

Hi, Stephanie! In response to your question, I think it's normal to be hungry 2 hours later. You're not hungry for a full meal, right? A snack would satisfy? I have my snacks between 2-3 hours after I eat a meal. If I'm especially hungry, what really fills me up is 7 RF Triscuits (1 grain serving) with RF cream cheese. That protein/grain combination will satisfy me a lot longer than something like celery or carrot sticks.
Here's what I've done and what I'm planning for today.
B - Fruit smoothie (mandarin oranges today - it was great!)
S - carrots and dip, cheese stick
L - big salad with lots of veggies, boiled eggs, black olives, chicken, BV
S - FF SF pudding cup
D - taco meat (94% fat free beef) with RF cheese, lite sour cream in a WW pita, salad
S - SBD pudding cup
I have no idea what I weigh right now. My scale said I weighed 954 both Sunday and Monday. It obviously needs a new battery, and I haven't had time to get one. Since I'm used to weighing every day, I'm kind of excited about this, hoping to see a loss when I finally do get the battery.

Today is my last day of summer - I go back to school tomorrow. AHH! So today I've been outside enjoying my last day of freedom. I went for an hour and a half hike this morning and I've spent the rest of my day with friends. It's been great! Here's my day:
Breakfast: Mixed berry smoothie.
Snack: Apple with 1 tbsp natural almond butter (oh my gosh, almond butter is SOOO good! I highly recommend it...I personally like it much better than pb, and I love pb!)
Lunch: Chicken caesar salad (no croutons) when out to lunch with friends.
Snack: Veggies with hummus.
Dinner: Steamed green beans with meat and marinara sauce (the stuff I used to put on spaghetti) with about 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese. (I was planning on having this last night but had chicken instead, so this is dinner for tonight). Big salad with lots of veggies, dressed with BV.
Dessert: SBD hot chocolate, with 1 c. skim milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, and splenda.
