Messed up and need support!

Hey guys,
I need help! I was on day 9 of phase 1 and messed up b/c I was sick and got on antibiotics today. I was craving some carbs and just had some thin crust vege pizza for dinner :(. I feel awful and can't even work out b/c I'm weak from the drowsy medicine.
If I get back on tomorrow - do I just add another day or do i have to start my 14 day Phase I all over?
Help!

Hi. Hope you're feeling better.

Don't start over and don't add days. Just "be good" for the rest of your phase and continue on. You'll be fine. This might be your body reminding you that it needs carbohydrates; so as you move into phase 2, you'll feel better.

I think you should continue on to phase 2 without adding extra days. Also, don't worry about the pizza - we all slip up every now and then, but as long as you get back on track you won't have done any real damage. So forget about the mistake and have a great South Beach day tomorrow. I hope you feel better and the antibiotics start working!

Your body is healing from illness, so the best thing you can do for yourself is to rest a lot, get plenty of fluids, and eat healthy foods.
