Wacky Wednesday Ph 2 Check In

I need a check-in today. My week of eating new foods continues! I tired the mock french toast this morning, and I burned it, so I didn't enjoy it as much as everyone else did, probably my fault. I ate a waffle in stead. Yesterday I tried spaghetti squash which was pretty good...but it's got my stomach acting up today. I'm kinda gassy (sorry for the overshare)! Tonight I'm having marinated grilled salmon; not new for me, but I've been out of salmon for about 2 weeeks, and I MISS IT! I bought 2 cases this time in stead of one!
B - Kashi Waffle w/SF Syrup, Veggie Sausage, 8 oz Skim Milk
S - Cantalope and String cheese
L - Salad w/LF Ranch, Chili (yeah, THAT will help my stomach issue!), Iced Tea
S - Cottage Cheese, SBD cereal bar
D - Grilled Salmon, sauteed veggies and/or zucchini hash brown
Exercise - got aerobics tonight, intense weights/cardio for 1 hour. Then I might take a walk later -- the rains from Katrina have let up here in Ohio (we got 2 inches of rain yesterday!)
My best friend lives in New Orleans, so she, her husband, and everyone going through that devistation is in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for started this thread,I feel very sorry for the poor people that lost there homes & lives of loved one. Hope law & order will follow soon,with all those looters down there.There no reason for looting even for food the red cross and other orginations are setting up food stations.It takes time to set it up,They only thing we can do it to Pray for them.

b=2 brown & serve sausage links on WW Hot dog roll with 1 Tsp Kraft BB sauce, 1 c 1% milk for tea.
s=carrots with dress
L=1c veggie soup,BLT on 1 s WW bread,with a banana-pineapple fruit salad
s=1 apple
D=1 c veggie soup,Eggplant Parm,sweet potato, & zucchini
Dessert=s/f pudding with raisins

Here's my menu:
B: Kashi waffle with sf syrup, 1 c. ff plain yogurt sweetened with Stevia and vanilla
S: none
L: Leftover salad with 1/2 a grilled chicken breast
S: smoothie (1 c. fruit, 1/2 c yogurt, 1/2 c milk)
S: 15 pistacios (OOPS! I was sooo hungry this afternoon, so I had two snacks...but I think that's ok since I didn't have a morning snack and my two snacks this afternoon were legal.
D: steamed green beans with about a 1/2 c. marinara and meat sauce (ground buffalo for the meat, which is very lean) and parm, cheese. Big salad dressed with olive oil and BV.
DD: none
