I need to get back into my routine of checking-in. I'm not eating any differently, but not checking in every day makes me feel less "connected" to the plan. Top that with the fact that I still didn't get a new battery for my scale, and I'm really not feeling focused. However, DH has been gone all week, getting back this afternoon, and I'm going out to get a battery, because I think my pants are looking looser. I've been losing very slowly, like less than 1 lb. a month, which I think I'm finally convinced is because I only eat one fruit and 1-2 grain servings a day, but I really think my # might be down. We'll see . . .

B - okay this is really bad - 6 SF Twizzlers - I was out of all of my normal breakfast stuff, and without DH here this week, have had a tough time juggling work, getting DD on and off the school bus plus doing pick-up and drop off for DS, and then the evening activities - but I'm going to the store tonight - alone so I can concentrate!

S - 7 RF Triscuits w/lite cream cheese

L - beef and bean chili, side salad w/ranch

S - SF FF vanilla pudding, apple

D - big salad, whole wheat pasta with marinara, turkey smoked sausage

S - fruit smoothie

Hi Ladies:)

Very tired today,I don't know why as I sleep good last night. Its has to be the weather,living in and out of the A/Cing.Did do my walking this morn so I have to rely on my walking tapes.

My Menu Today:

B=1TB PB with spread fruit on 1 wasa cracker,1c 1 % milk

S=v8 w) celery stirrer.

L=Eatting out at Clam Shackveggie soup at home.

S=Baked apple

D=Haitian Black Beans with slivers or bioled ham runing thru,along with onions,tomatoes, peppers & spices.

Dessert=1c s/f pudding.

Hi Everyone!

I've been MIA all week because I had a house full of family in town for the week. We had sooooooo much fun, but I was AWFUL as far as staying on SB goes. I'm back on the plan today and am weighing tomorrow. I'm sure I'm up a little. I also have only exercised 3 times in 2 weeks and am getting back into that tomorrow, as well. Here's my day...

B: 1/2 peach, coffee with cappuccino soy milk

S: None

L: 1/2 ww, flat out bread with turkey, LF swiss cheese, lettuce, roma tomato, and Carb Well ranch dressing, salad with BV dressing, grapes

S: Apple with pb, cup of milk

D: Grilled breaded talipia, salad with BV, broccoli

Dessert: Yogurt parfait with blueberries, SB cereal, dab of redi-wip

Maryann, I saw that you busted through your stall-- CONGRATULATIONS!!! I know you must be so happy about that! Great job!!!

Well I finally found me some ground flax seeds to put into my smoothies and I tried it today and it was yummy! I know it is good for me to... :)

Breakfast: Uncle Sam Cereal w/ a banana, and a cup of chai tea.
Snack: None
Lunch: Grilled chicken tenders, green beans, small salad, pinto beans and Ice tea
Snack: Berry smoothie, made with mixed berries, splenda, ice, yogurt, and ground flax seeds.
Dinner: Left over Unstuffed Crockpot Cabbage, roasted asparagus, mashed sweet potatoes, and tomatoe salad.
Dessert: FF SF fudge pop with a dab of peanut butter and a glass of FF Milk.

I have no problems getting my dairy in, I just love it.. :)~

Today I messed up and skipped lunch. I forgot to pack one last night, and this morning I rushed out of the house completely forgetting lunch or a snack. When I got home at 4:30, I had some food and I haven't over-eaten at all, so no damage done!

B: Kashi waffle, 1 c. nf plain yogurt and 1 c. sliced canteloupe
S: none
L: none
S: Strawberry smoothie (1 c. dairy, 1 c. fruit)
D: Not sure...some kind of meat on the grill, plus grilled veggies and a big salad.
DD: probably none; possibly an apple with 1 tbsp almond butter if I'm hungry. Maybe some SBD hot chocolate made with milk, stevia, and cocoa powder.
