Anyone out there today? I need to post here to keep on track. I'm so happy to report that the lb. I gained over the last week and a half due to my major indiscretions is gone and I'm back to 129 lbs. It amazes me because I was reallllly bad and didn't exercise much over that time and I was sure that I'd gained 3-4 lbs. BUT I'm not going to fall into the belief that I can *always* treat/cheat like that and still lose/maintain so I'm back on plan in full force now. Here's my day...

B: (in a hurry) banana

S: none

L: Tuna salad on greens with cucumbers, tomatoes and Carb Well ranch dressing, SF/FF iced vanilla latte

S: Apple with pb, cup of milk

S: Red bell pepper and smoked guoda cheese with 2 servings of triscuits... Going to happy hour with a friend who is visiting so I'm going to have another snack and skip the appetizers at the restaurant. We're going to a wine bar, so I'm sure I'll have 1-2 glasses of red wine

D: Chicken and white bean chili, salad with bv dressing

Dessert: Yogurt parfait with blueberries, SB cereal and FF redi-wip

Exercise: 1 1/2 miles on treadmill, weight training (triceps, shoulders)

I'm here today! I always come and check in when possible to keep myself on track. Here's my day:

B: kashi waffle with sf syrup, fruit and yogurt smoothie.
S: none
L: ?
S: pear and a cheese stick
D: grilled chicken, grilled veggies, big salad
DD: SBD hot chocolate or 1. c chocolate soy slender

My lunch will most likely be a late lunch out at a restaurant (I'm on west coast time, so it's 1:00 now). I'm about to leave to go inner tubing with friends, and then we'll stop at a cafe for lunch. They have my favorite salads EVER, so I'll get some kind of SBD-approved salad. I'm so excited for tubing!!

Hi Ladies:)

I didn't think we were going to a thread up tday,as Kathy has a Labor Day Weekend Check in on the top Chat Chat Folder.Glad kim that your lost the lb. I maintained at my W-I but I'll take that after all I lost 3 lbs last week.

my menu :

B=1Tb pb 1 sl apple and 1/2 sliced banana on 1 WW Eng Muf.1c 1% milk for tea

S=carrots with dress

Dinner at Noon= veggie soup,veggie sausage with sauteed onions,peppers & tomatoes on a WW Roll with a green salald

S=fruit Parfait

Supper=Salad with dress,veggie soup, Amy's WW spinach,feta pocket.

Dessert=1 banana pudding
