nervous about starting phase 2 Monday

Hi - tomorrow is the start of phase 2 for me. I am just so nervous about it. I am the type of person that definately has craving issues and stopping eating problems once I start. Anyway, do you think that adding Fiber One in the morning and maybe an apple late afternoon would be all right for at least a week? I don't want to mess this up and add too much/or add not enough? Any advice for phase 2 would be greatly appreciated!
I have about 8-15 pounds that I need to lose in all!

I was nervous starting Phase 2, also. Phase 1 is so easy to do, since you just can't have certain groups of foods. What worked for me was to add things in very slowly. Very slowly. In my first few days of P2, I had a piece of fruit every afternoon. Then I waited until the end of that week to add a half of an English muffin with my breakfast. I continued at that speed until I was eating 3 grain servings and 3 fruit servings each day. At that speed, I have lost about a pound each week and haven't really had any cravings.
Your plan sounds good. If you're nervous, just add your Fiber One one day and wait a couple of days before you add your apple in.
