I believe the 8th Continent contains sugar. Check the ingredients - it shouldn't have sugar and/or high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients.
As far as I know the only pre-flavored chocolate soy milk that doesn't have sugar (its made w/Splenda) is Soy Slender by West Soy. It has less than 1g sugar per serving, so I think 11g is a little high compared to that!

Hi Michael Ann is right about the sugars found in soy milk. I had a hard time finding one without added sugars - I literally stood reading labels for about 15 minutes! Soy Slender is the only one I found with Splenda and no added sugars. This was the first time I tried soy milk and it is surprisingly DELICIOUS! And a great way to get in an extra dairy serving.

Here is what the package looks like:

I've made my own chocolate soy milk using unsweetened Natur-a http://www.nutrisoya.com soy milk, cocoa powder, and splenda.

Put the cocoa powder & splenda in a cup and add a little bit of hot water, just enough to turn it into a paste. Then add the soy milk slowly, while stirring.
