I am finally back, event free, for at least a month! The wedding went pretty well--at least better than it could have gone! I had about a third of my dessert instead of the whole thing, but then with things crazy on Labor Day and still no time to shop I had some non-SBD foods. I woke up today with definite sugar cravings, so I'm going to have 1 grain and 1 fruit today to keep things under control. I'm so glad to be back and focused on this.
Breakfast-spinach and feta omlette w/ 1 pc. turkey bacon, 1 cup of milk
Snack-banana w/ PB
extra snack-mozz stick(not having lunch till 4!)
Lunch-salad
Dinner-SBD pizza
Dessert-SF ice pop


Today's Menu:
B: SB ricotta creme; 1/3 of a cucumber
S: Granny Smith apple; homemade SB banana muffin
L: flax toast w/ 1/3 of an avacado & 3 turkey slices; 10 baby carrots; 20 snap peas
S: 3 plain celery stalks; 8 ww non-fat Triscuits
D: homemade Greek salad; skim milk (2 cups)
S: 15 grapes

Today is Day 30 on the South Beach, and my third week of Phase 2. Consequently, I've added an extra serving of grains to equal a total of 3 daily servings. For the time being, I'm going to keep my fruit servings at 2 per day and assess whether or not I'd like to increase them to 3 at the end of this week.
I'm pretty proud to say that, in 30 days of this WOE, I haven't cheated once and have managed to keep all of my cravings at bay. Today, I'm going to be tested again as it is one of my co-workers birthdays, and he has brought in an ice cream cake to share with the office. I think, though, that if I can turn down a FREE bag full of fresh mini-donuts, I can turn down anything!!
We'll see how it goes! ;)

I glad that the holiday weekend is over. I was good yesterday but the most terrible time getting over a Sunday craving of Seeing Food and Eat It.I really don't know what came over me,eatting like that.
Glad you had a wonderful time at the wedding. Its amazing how sometimes we can control our eatting habits & than again how we slack off. I think its a huiman way of survival.
My menu today:
B=1 1/2 Tb Spreadable fruit on a WW Engish Muffin 1 c 1% milk for tea.
S= cheese on a wasa cracker
D at N=veggie soup,German Meatballs with spetzel and brussel sprouts with Saurbraten gravy
S=apple w) topping
Supper=veggie soup,salad with dress, Amy WW Pizza pocket with mozz sticks
Dessert= 1c 1% milk
