Hi mywafa!
Of course there were days in my weight loss journey were I indulged - thats part of life! I survived a weeks vacation where I basically ate whatever I wanted & then some b/c I knew I gave myself that "ok" to do so. I had chips, chocolate, bad carbs, etc & fried seafood, beer, mixed drinks, etc. I did gain 1.5 lbs that week but by my actual weigh-in day when I returned, I lost that "vacation" weight & even 1/2 lbs more! Thats the beauty of this woe, its "fits" into your life! :)
I pretty much "treat" every 4-5 weeks with whatever I'm mentally craving at that time. But usually I can't wait to go back to "normal" (meaning sbd) eating b/c I feel so much better - physically & emotionally.
If you over did it & know by stepping on the scale you'd be mad or upset by seeing unfavorable results, then I say skip the scale, get back on the beach, & weigh-in next week. Its not about daily, or even weekly changes, its about being healthy in the long run.
Give yourself a break! In the grand skeem of things, a few days of bad choices shouldn't affect you all that much. You have the rest of your life to be healthy so chalk your weekend up to a "treat" & move on. Don't beat yourself up over it!
HTH!
