Phase II Thursday Check in!

Hi everyone!
I did notice the new food journal thread, but I think I prefer check-ins; I like writing/reading tidbits about that specific day. But that's just me! :-)
Last night I made a huge pot of chili and seperated it into little tupperwares so this will be a major food group for me for the next week! I also got my mom to really *commit* to this WOE. She has always been really afraid to try, but has cut all refined sugar and flour out of her life for over a couple months now! She has been stuck in an old school dieting mindframe, not eating enough and not drinking enough water. Today I sent her off to work with a lunch and two snacks and water in a huge bag!!
Here's how today is shaping up:
Breakfast- kashi cereal w/ skim milk and a banana
Snack-cup broccoli w/ sf ketchup
Lunch- Chili with a side salad and zero calorie ranch dressing
Snack-triscuits & hummus & an apple at some other point
Dinner-spaghetti squash pattie, eggplant pizza, and side salad(if i'm still hungry)
Dessert-nf plain yogurt or milk
Gym-elliptical for 30 minutes
Man that looks a little bizarre to me, but that is what is available to eat. Have a good day everyone.

Here's my day...
B: Kashi waffle with SF syrup, scoop cottage cheese with blueberries, coffee with chocolate soy milk
S: V-8
L: Tuna salad on greens with roma tomato
S: Apple with pb, Diet Dr. Pepper
D: Chicken and black beans salad on ww tortillas, roasted red and yellow peppers
Dessert: Yogurt parfait with strawberries and FF redi-wip
No exercise today.

B: SB ricotta creme; 1/2 a cucumber
S: apple; SB banana muffin
L: flax toast w/ plain tuna & low-fat cheddar cheese; 10 baby carrots; 20 snap peas; 1/2 a cucumber
S: 3 plain celery stalks; 8 whole wheat non-fat Triscuits
D: homemade lettuce-wrapped tacos
S: 15 grapes

Here's my plan for today . . .
B - fruit smoothie (strawberry) and oatmeal
S - none
L - eggplant parmesan, steamed cauliflower, small salad with grilled chicken
S - 7 triscuits w/lite cream cheese
D- filet mignon, salad, green beans
S - FF NSA vanilla pudding

Hi Ladies:)
I feel the same as you, I think our little group on the Phase 2 check-ins are delightful and spportive enough.
I was feeling well this A.M. so I had to zap the exercising fro today.Yes that a great idea as it getting chili out and a good pot of chili would hit the spot. I Have a big tuberware bowl of homemade veggie soup.
my menu today is:
B=French Toast w) s/f syrup 1 c 1% milk for tea
S=v8 w) celery stirrer
Dinner at Noon= steak um's with 1/2 sweet potato with green beans and pinenuts
S=peach with whipped topping
Supper=Fried Eggplant with Bosca Italian Sausages
Dessert=1c choc milk

Hey Ladies, I like the check ins to...
Breakfast: Uncle Sam cereal w/a banana, chai tea w/splenda
Snack: a cup of mixed melons.. No Watermelon
Lunch: A large salad with grilled chicken, lite ranch, diet coke
Snack: Strawberry smoothie made with yogurt plain and FF, strawberries, splenda, ice and a little strawberry jello mix no sugar added. This was yummy!
Dinner: SB cheese pizza, salad, ice green tea.
Dessert: Probably none.

I like daily check-ins too, although I keep a journal for myself of what I eat every day for my personal reference.
Here's my day:

L: 1/2 Ezekial pita, sliced turkey breast, 1 tsp pesto
S: apple, 15 almonds
D: Chicken breast, steamed green beans, salad.
DD: sf pudding
